 + -1 moreRobert did the work himself. He gave us a free estimate! He was friendly and on time to do the work. The cost was very reasonable compared to other companies to do the same work. He explained everything to me. I was concerned about the poison hurting my baby or the spray being harmful for us and the baby to breath in. Robert explained that it was safe and even told us what the names of the chemicals were. He offered to do our insulation as well, but we found another company listed on Angie's List specifically for that job. Oh yeah, a bat got loose from the attic somehow and was flying around in our house the next evening. Not sure how it got out exactly but Robert thought that maybe it got startled and fell down through the cold air return ducts. That part was not fun....but a bit exciting trying to catch the bat and get it out of our house.
Description of Work: Mice extermination in attic, sprayed around perimeter of house inside and outside for general pest control (spiders), and sealed majority of holes on outside of house and roof that might be letting mice or other critters in to the attic/house.

 + -1 moreRobert has been great. Not only does he do a very careful job, he is friendly and respectful to everyone. He answered all my questions as well. He has been on time for each of the visits, a big plus, and leaves no messes! For sweet ants he uses some type of water based solution that has no fumes; great for kids. We will continue to use him!
Description of Work: Robert has visited our home 4 times. (Will visit 7 times total this year.) The first was a free inspection to determine the problem and the best solution. After determining the problem (lots of sweet ants due to food on the floor; we blame the baby) Robert offered two solutions. He was very upfront with the pros/cons of each, and the price of each. The first was a one time ''dose''. (The cost was over $100 but I can't remember how much). This option would take care of much of the problem, but there would still be ants (unless I chose to sweep everyday). The second option was for him to come bi-monthly for a year. This would work to eradicate the problem and runs 70$ per visit. (The first application may have been more??). After choosing option B (who has that much time to sweep?), Robert spent more than an hour in the house and around the perimeter of the house, spraying windows, cracks, floors, etc. He was very thorough! Neither option required us to leave the house.
