I offer 3 things you will not get from your tech-savvy nephew. 1. I am a seasoned professional of 10 years in the IT field and currently hold a full time position as a Senior Systems Administrator. Chances are I have fixed your exact problem before, if I haven't, I make it a mission to find solutions. 2. Prices are negotiable within reason. (I will bill for materials depending on contract, all materials need to be bought prior to services being rendered.) 3. Communication in a FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL manner. I spent my first years in my career in a call center and learned how to put technical things in a non technical way. This is people work, not just tech work!
