+ -1 moreI called them on a Friday and sent a drawing of what I needed. They called back the next Monday to double-check everything. The following Friday, they called to say they could deliver the part to my doorstep that morning. The part fits perfectly and there was no delivery charge. These people are friendly and good at their work. I would do business with them on a handshake any day.
Description of Work: They made a custom kitchen range hood exhaust adapter.

Description of Work: RAINVILLE-CARLSON FABRICATED A COPPER RANGE HOOD TO FIT OVER A LINER THAT WE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. WE PROVIDED A DESIGN, AND THEY FABRICATED THE HOOD AND ANTIQUED THE FINISH.

+ -1 moreTHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PRETTY ROUGH BUT THINK IT GOES WITH THIS TYPE OF WORK. JUST THANKFUL I FOUND SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT WOULD DO IT OUT OF APPROX 20-30 PEOPLE I CALLED.
