Recently, I had a house built and they used this company for siding and roof work. The caulking on the siding was awful and overall the siding was poor quality at best. I asked the builder to have the owner, Joe come out and fix these issues. Joe came out one day for half a day and honestly made it worse. Extremely sloppy. Joe does not stand behind his work because he won’t come back. If your builder is using this contractor I would request them to find another one. Or if you’re looking for good quality work, you will not find it here. Below are photos after Joe came out and “fixed” all the issues. Steer clear from this company unless you want your house to look like this

Joe Brozek, the Company Owner/President, was a wonderful contractor to work with! He was very professional and personable, as was his crew. Joe conducted business with integrity and honesty. He was always very prompt for our meetings and provided accurate, thorough explanations of what work needed to be done. He made many visits to the work site during the construction process and always gave thorough explanations to our questions and he welcomed our requests during each step of the project. All of his subs were knowledgeable and proficient in their work and easy to have around. They completed the project in a timely manner and always left the work site clean and safe. I am very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to hire United for future projects.

I contacted Joe Brozek at United Contractors based on a recommendation from Larry Privette at LP Homes who has worked with Joe on projects. Joe's bid was the most thorough and fair. When he came out to measure the roof prior to starting the work, he called me because he thought that another color might be more to my liking (and it was). He and his team arrived at 7am to do the work. I was out of town but know that they put in a long day and completed the roof the next morning. When I returned, the roof was complete and the house and yard were immaculate. There were some issues with a drip from one of the gutters - Joe sent someone to repair, then checked a week later to confirm I was satisfied. When the issue continued, Joe personally came out and addressed it. He was also very accommodating with payment and set up a PayPal option to make it convenient. Very conscientious, diligent and communicates well (before during and after the project). I will continue to hire United Contractors and have recommended them to others. Excellent experience all-around.

United Contractors replaced my roof in 2012 - I also had them put gutter covers on parts of the roof that were subject to leaves from a nearby tree. Since the roof replacement, I've noticed more gutter debris and realized it would be cheaper to have gutter covers added vs. paying for cleaning twice a year. Joe Brozek is conscientious, timely and maintains communication before, during and after the work is done. In addition, he's offers fair pricing. I highly recommend United Contractors and will continue to use them. If Joe's company doesn't do the work, he's more than willing to recommend someone (but he always seems to find a solution).
