It worked out fine. They had a little flip up on the first visit but they made good on the second. They came out, gave an estimate and then they came and did some work. They had a little miscommunication on the work that they did but then they came out and more than compensated for the miscue on the first visit so I was pleased with them. They were professional and good guys. The reason I went with them in the first place was because their bid was competitive.

They do my winterizing and spring start up as well. I use them twice a year and they do a great job.

Overall, Sun Shower was very responsive and did good work. I called and received a return phone call when promised to set up the appointment. They had trouble locating my home (not their fault) and called me to make sure they found it and got the work done when promised. I found their price to be comparable to other providers. The only problem I had was that I confirmed with them that they would remove my in-ground fertilizer tank as part of the winterization process. They said they would but failed to do so. From what they said when I talked to them I realize that they do not typically install systems including this feature (I had the unit installed by another company) so I understand why they may have forgotten. It still caused an inconvenience because I had to figure out how to do it myself. This oversight is the only problem I had with them and I will use them again.
