After we insisted there were no bed bugs, the comforter was cleaned but we were still charged the extra $10 because of the vomit per the manager in Andover. We ended spending an extra $200 to have our house inspected for bed bugs. Of course there were no bed bugs found, but this caused a great deal of stress as you can imagine.
Description of Work: Our comforter was sent to St. Paul for cleaning dog vomit. They wanted to charge an extra $10 because of the smell. After we refused to pay the extra charge, the cleaners in St. Paul said the comforter also had bed bugs.

After Storchak took over this location we have had problems nearly every visit. They ruined a $50 pair of pants with two chemical stains. The person at this store agreed the stains did look look like something that occurred during cleaning, and they were not consistent with something I could have done. It took three visits before the owner agreed and accepted my offer for $20 reimbursement (which I based on the age of the pants) which has never been delivered. Over the next two visits they burned the collar on four white shirts each valued at about $60. The stains or burns were all away from the inner collar where browning typically takes place. Because I inspect each shirt I knew these stains were not present when I dropped them off. The owner refused to offer anything. Over the next two weeks I brought other shirts in and went through each with the clerk, with both of us agreeing there were no stains present except in the inner collar. When I picked up my last order their people had added "damaged before cleaning" tags to everyone of my ten shirts. Clearly they want to exempt themselves from any of the damage they cause. Sadly, their employees described me as one of their best customers. Now I must take my business elsewhere and I am willing to drive some distance to stay away from the operation.
Description of Work: I have taken my shirts (mostly white) to Mr. T's cleaning and laundry in Andover, MN for four years. Occasionally we have suits and slacks dry cleaned as well. The service was good and I had no problems. Last year this location was taken over by Storchak.
