They are very personable, professional, and so quick at responding to any questions or concerns we had. + -1 morePete Semler is absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my wife and my first home and we ended up building new because the price was right. We didn't have a single thing go wrong - other than a couple of very minor glitches that Pete fixed immediatley. In fact, he found most of the glitches himself. We heard horror stories about building a house, but with Semler homes it was a piece of cake. Everything fell into place perfectly.
