“This is the door your daughter is going to sneak out of to smoke cigarettes.” Very inappropriate! Paid $1k for initial design ideas for 1968 home, 1080 sqft. 90% original oak flooring. 3 weeks after payment, I had to follow up and see if ideas were ready. They are not proactive! Only 1-idea was presented! $100k addition of bed-area and closet. “To save $ I recommend laying over vinyl flooring, instead of sanding original hardwood.” But you drew me a $50k closet! “We do not remodel any kitchen for less than $50k, not including cost of appliances.” Really? But my kitchen is only 9’x7’! I discussed other floor plan ideas….”I have many years of experience, this is the only floor plan that works.” Very patronizing! And more… This company does not listen to what the customer wants, no pricing model (just shooting numbers), inappropriate comments, and worse. Too many RED-FLAGS from the beginning. I strongly DO NOT recommend Satin Touch!!!

We recently hired Satin Touch to do a basement remodel and we were very pleased with our experience. Our designer, John was very receptive to our plan, and also had great ideas to improve the space. Mo, our project manager, was great at communicating and kept us informed every step of the way. He was very willing to follow up on changes we requested during the project. The whole team was punctual and respectful. We are thrilled with the finished product. We would highly recommend Satin Touch!

They were pleasant, nice, offered advice and seemed knowledgeable. I was told within two weeks I would have an itemized estimate and then from there we would decide on a date to start. They never got back to me. I stayed home from work to be there for the walk through and they never responded with and estimate. Updated 10/5/2021 After seeing the review I gave them the company reached back out and apologized. The excuse they gave me was that the department that was supposed to write up the estimate had dropped the ball. They offered to come back out, but I was confused by why they needed to come back out if the only problem was needing to write the estimate. So I declined and asked them to just send me the estimate like they originally planned before they dropped the ball. I was told I would receive it via email shortly....Never received it. That was almost 4 weeks ago. This is definitely a red flag of how the rest of the business transaction

He was on time. The one thing I had a problem with was communicating with him. He didn't speak much English! So I just let him do his job. But I couldn't talk to him about what he was doing. He did an excellent job repairing the wall. He even caulked around the edges. I am very pleased with his work.

He did a very good job, accomplished a great deal in the time given. Walls needed sanding (aggressive in some areas) afterwards by myself, but it was quite a transformation from the time he started.

He arrived promptly and the price was good. The patch work was not done very well. I mentioned to him that it looked uneven and was sagging a bit but he said it was ok and didn't do any further work

Scheduled for 9AM. Louise came at 8:45AM and went right to work cutting sheetrock to finish the closet. Installed the sheetrock and added tape and compound to finish the job. Did a terrific job. Looks great.

Louis was very helpful and explained each step in the process as he did it. he was cordial and we thought he did a great job. we were going to use this company again to do some painting in our home. we contacted Satin touch 3 times to get an estimate and it has been over 3 weeks they never called back. this is why we will not use them in future even if they returned call now.

Great! Very polite, punctual, neat, well done. The employee couldn't have been a better representative of his company.

Luie was thorough and fast. He kept the work area as clean as possible and cleaned up well. I appreciated his kind and polite manner. He was personable, too, but got the job done in a very timely manner. Very pleased to have him in my home.

Overall everything went well. We didn't have sheet rock on hand (didn't realize we needed to provide) -- the work crew offered to go to Home Depot, which they did timely, and the job was completed in half of the time that was estimated. We are very pleased with the work.

Excellent response in scheduling. On the day when the work was done, Luis was on-time, professional, efficient, and personable -- we would definitely ask for him should we have more work done. Good attention to detail and quick as well. We would use this contractor again should we need more work done!

They responded quickly to my request. They arrived promptly. And when I needed to know details such as what paint to purchase, they were very clear with their instructions. Other than the fresh paint, I would not know they were here because their cleanup was so thorough.

First 2 calls I left voicemails that were never returned. 3rd attempt I did reach someone in the office and made an appointment for 1.5 weeks out. The apt was for 2-4:00 and they were supposed to arrive ahead of that time to do a walk through and estimate how much of my cleaning list would be able to be done in that time. By the time the team was an hour late I tried calling and got no answer. I then decided I had better things to do so I ran some errands as I had an appointment later that afternoon and even if the team showed up there was no way I could've stayed beyond 5:00 for them. At 4:09 the owner emailed that the team had been to the house and nobody answered and they needed to reschedule. I emailed back at 4:10 asking what time they arrived. I wanted details before I laid into them. I have yet to receive a response 60 hours later. I also tried calling again and no return call. I am now pursuing a refund for the gifted cleaning through the service that issued it. I don't take kindly to being no-showed. Especially when they could've called and let me know they were running late, or that they were at my door. I was in the neighborhood. I could've been back there in a matter of minutes. Terribly unprofessional.
