RON'S SATELLITE SYSTEMS

Work was not done, as the business owner only acknowledged my initial contact to him, and has failed to contact me again to discuss my needs further, like he said he would. It has been more than a week since I first contacted him.

After the roofers reattached our dish last fall, the picture slowly got worse until HD went out all together. I called in the early afternoon and he said he could be out later that same day! Much faster than I was expecting. He also helped trouble shoot one of our receivers after it didn't pick up the signal right away. We have used this company in the past and were once again pleased with the service.

We have two satellite receivers and a satellite dish. Ron mounted the dish outside in a discreet location. He connected the two receivers situated in different rooms in the house. This required installing satellite cable from outside, into and through our basement and garage, to the rooms with receivers. The work was done efficiently and unobtrusively. They cleaned up afterwards, including where they had to do some drilling in walls/ceilings for the cable.

Ron's was able to send someone out the same day for an additional fee. Since the roofing company has to pay because they caused the problem, I was not worried about price. What they charged seemed reasonable for same-day service, since our satellite provider was going to charge me $80 to come in 10 days.
