Olson’s custom lawn are has been doing a great job for us. They installed a fire pit seating area even threw in a cook too! They have been great on assisting with advise on how to grow grass and curb appeal awesome friendly company

Used this service last year. Satisfied with service and pricing. Cost = $160. 3/4 Hour. Crew = 4 This year, service performed was again satisfactory. Cost = $245. 1 & 3/4 hours?* Crew = 3. A price increase of over 53% or $80 dollars was gaspingly unexpected. Spoke with business proprietor/owner and was immediately met with what I will describe as cunning crafty comments as to the message of inquiry I had left on answering service. Upon establishing what I feel was an understanding that his believed perception of what was said in message and the reality of what indeed was said, we moved into a business dialogue of cost increases. During this area of conversation, proprietor kept eluding to the rising cost of fuel which I believe has been relatively stable for some time now and if there has been an increase it would be pennies and not a substantial event to start and weigh a 50% cost increase dialogue. I felt this was an illusion of convenience to speak of fuel costs but proprietor held it as a priority for increase in pricing. Much else was discussed and after all, a very objectionable feeling has been conveyed from this company's proprietor/representative and did not, in my opinion justify the 50% increase over last year's service. I also know of another widower who has used this very same service and has similar feelings of disappointment of the increased pricing this year. I wished my conversation and communications with company spokesperson would have somewhat tempered and voided my newly acquired ill feelings of being preyed upon but I relied on my feelings of trust in humanity and honesty that had previously given a satisfactory experience with this company. My feelings are my feelings but I would suggest to all to get a written estimate before moving forward with said service. My mistake... Addendum; Internet research shows no dramatic increase in fuel costs over the past 12 months and have held very steady. This is an average size lot in the residential area I live in. * I was not present when the crew completed the clean up. As one can see from the hours listed above, there is a dramatic increase in time spent over previous year. Proprietor claims there was much more to clean from previous year. I'm sorry but I strongly disagree. I have transcribed this review for my widowed mother in law and her widowed friend as they both feel they have been taken advantage of. Capitalism without Guilt or Shame!
