They gave us a complete drawing of our yard and landscaping- our yard had a hill in the back which was very steep. They were able to put in sprinkler heads that did the whole hill to the top. Our flowers and shrubs are watered too. The work was done in two days - we have a very large yard with trees and they worked very hard. The bid was reasonable and work done very well. We are so satisfied.

The installation was uneventful, happened on schedule, and that's where the good times end. It became obvious that the sidewalk, walkway, street and part of the driveway were getting watered a lot. We needed to learn how to operate our system anyway, so we asked for an adjustment at the same time. The person who came out verified the concern, did an incomplete job of showing us how it worked and said someone would come out to change heads. I had to call and ask after nothing happened for over a week. Then I was told that the installation was correct and the design was as it was promised. I disagreed, but decided to accept the compromise offer of having the existing heads adjusted to mitigate as much of the problem as possible. I called twice more to have some one come out after continuing to witness the problem. To date, nothing has been done, my unwanted areas are still being watered and I don't even know if they're coming to do the complimentary 'blow out' promised. Disappointing.

She was especially sensitive to my need to have low maintence, sale-friendly upgrades. She came up with plans when she said, and I felt she met all my requests fully. The crew, led by Jake the Superman, showed up on time and in good spirits. They were careful about my 10 yr old, deaf German Shepherd and were efficient, friendly and tidy. They started and ended the project on time and left information about how to care for my new yard. I was contacted promptly about issues or points of clarification, but they were few, as the team went over all the plans with Anne Marie and me at the start of the project. I'm very pleased with my new yard. My neighbors have commented several times about how young and fresh it makes my property look! I got every dime's worth of happiness from this investment

Excellent job. Arrived on time (although it was a kinda large on time window) and performed work beyond my expectations. Fixed two leaky test cock valves on the backflow valve and a leaky soldered on water faucet. In replacing the water faucet, he put on a new screw-on type in replacing the old soldered on type to make a future replacement (if ever necessary) much easier. Excellent suggestion and excellent results. No leaks at all now. Very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable . I will use them for any future sprinkler system work I need done. (I also used the Angie's list coupon found online.)
