Responsive, reliable, and competitively priced. Ryan and his crew fit us into a busy fall schedule when our drain field failed. They completed the project in two days plus all the behind the scene time it took to design, submit permits with the city of Ramsey, and acquire components needed for the install. Their close working relationship with the City of Ramsey allowed an expedited approval for both the the start of the project but also the required inspection needed during the install. They held up their promises made for both the install and the pricing. We are grateful for their hard work, professionalism and integrity. If looking for a trusted contractor look no further.

I found the invoice on my door with a note that they did not pump 2 of the 3 tanks because they couldn't get to the tanks. My bad - I forgot to unhook the fence panel I have up to block the dogs. (Although why was it a problem when they'd gotten to the tanks in 2007 and 2010.) I called the cell number the guy left that evening and left an apologetic message and said the fence panel was down and they could come any day to finish the job. About 10 days later - still no return visit so I called again and left another message. A week later I called again, this time to the office. Another week goes by and still no return call or visit so I left a final message at the office. I'm terribly disappointed in Lashinski's. They put in my system in 2007 and they pumped in 2010 and 2013. Never have I had such unprofessional service from them. I'm done with them now and have found another service on Angie's List that really does know the meaning of professional.

My septic alarm started going off during a huge spring snow storm, I didn't even know how to shut if off. The next morning the roads were still a mess and the snow was still coming down hard. I first called another company but they didn't bother to call me back with the septic alarm still blaring I called Lashinski Septic my call went to voice mail I thought everyone left town, but within a few seconds I got a call back, I was so grateful and Jim promised he would send someone to help and with in a few hours, Ryan was there right on time, he shut off the alarm showed me how to do it, inspected my septic and told me what to look out for in the future. I can't say enough about how professional everyone was. This is a company that I trust!

There was a backflow in the laundry room on a Sunday afternoon. Left a message. Received a phone call on Monday, at 7:15 AM, at work, from Jim. He said that he was on his way, no need to meet him. He was done with the job and the report was there for me to read when I arrived home. I phoned him the next day concerning further service and appreciated his advice.

I found Jim's demeanor to be unprofessional. His receptionist is rude, it takes multiple phone calls to get a return call days later. He doesn't want to set a firm time as to when he'll provide service, its a and quot;sometime this day or sometime this weekand quot; deal. He's patronizing when speaking to you and I found him to be dishonest. I caught him in a lie and couldn't bear to listen to him try to talk his way out of it rather than admit his mistake. I don't trust him to do service for my properties anymore.

They did a good job and answered all of my questions. Their work was very efficient.

Our septic alarm triggered yesterday (Memorial Day) and it was time to pump our tanks anyway. I called another company first and their immediate response was to give me another number to have the pump looked into. I hung up and called Lashinski's and explained the situation. They said they would send someone out today to pump the tanks and inspect the pump. They arrived as promised and even dug up the pump tank cover for me as I had neglected to do that. Jim was courteous and explained the failure of the pump, quoted me a price and scheduled for installation tomorrow. Overall, I was very pleased with Lashinski's service and would recommend them to anyone in need.
