Kerchner Construction is a Father & Son remodeling Company in business since 1982. We offer a full remodeling service, from General Contracting and Additions to windows and doors. No job is too small or too big. Being a small business, we have very low overhead and can pass this savings onto our customers. We employ sub contractors for all remodeling projects. Customer satisfaction has always been a top priority. We have been in business since 1982 solely on customer referrals. If a customer wishes, we encourage and help you to do any part of the project yourselves.

The whole process was pretty painless. He is a nice guy who worked around our schedule and was kind to my children.
Description of Work: Bill and his crew replaced our masonite siding with vinyl siding and did a great job. He finished the job in the time he had estimated, with no extra costs. He even threw in a few "extras" that we had not talked about during the estimate, with no extra charge. He made sure that things would look the way we wanted them to, adding his advise to save money but not cut quality and improve the appearance. Our house looks great!
