JB TREE CARE

Jim from JB Tree was quick to respond to my inquiry call, came by my house to view the tree (I didn't need to be home, which was nice), called me right after to provide a quote. His price was about half the price of the other 5 Tree companies I received quotes from (all from Angie's List). He was able to schedule the removal about 2 weeks out from the date we spoke. He his team came, remove the tree, working quickly to get it down and was kind enough to leave some of the extra wood for my neighbor who asked if she could have some of the wood. Overall, I'm very pleased with JB Tree and have already recommended them to a co-worker. I would definitely use their service again

Very poor. They started the job on the first tree then said they couldn't finish unless they could get some additional work to justify the cost. They over promised and under delivered. The work done to patch a wound on the one tree amounted to a sheet of aluminum tacked to the tree at four points. It doesn't do anything to protect the wound and it looks ridiculous! Then when I realized they had damaged a ladder left under one of the trees by another contractor, JB Tree Care has been unwilling to provide insurance information or pay for the damage. I would never allow this company to do work for me again!

HE OFFERED A 10% SENIOR DISCOUNT THEN ON MY BILLING HE HAD NOT GIVEN ME THE 10% DISCOUNT. I SPOKE WITH HIM SEVEN TIMES ON THE TELEPHONE, ON EACH CALL HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY. WHEN THE CHECK NEVER CAME I DECIDED TO FILE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND AND SMALL CLAIMS COURT. WHEN HE GOT THE TWO NOTICES HE CALLED ME AND SENT THE CHECK. SO IT NEVER WENT TO COURT.
