Innovations Garage Doors Installation and Repair

06-17-2020 Called Jason on 6-16 & he set up an appt between 1 & 3 and he arrived 15 Mins. ahead of appt. He removed the broken panel and installed the new panel & replaced the broken rollers; he advised us that the opener we had was really old (which we knew) and it had started to working erratically so we had him replace i t as well so he would not have to make a 2nd trip Top Notch Job & Very Professional

This review is focused on their business practices, not any work that they might potentially do. Using Angies list I searched for companies to repair a broken garage door spring. I found a vendor that I wanted to use and contacted them. In the mean time Innovations Garage Door left me a text that they were available. I replied that I had someone one lined up and thanked them. If that was the last communication I wouldn't be writing a review at all or if I did it would be positive because they were very responsive. However, over the next few hours I received multiple texts asking if the other vendor was insured, challenging their pricing, etc. It reeked of desperation. It annoyed me enough that I decided to write this review. To summarize. They were very responsive to the Angies list request for quotes. I declined to use them simply because I selected someone else. My only complaint is that they tried to badger me into using their services.

Great, fast, affordable service. Jason arrived about 45 minute after I called. The price was reasonable, they were done in 30 minutes. Very friendly and service oriented. I took extra cards to give to my neighbors.

Jason was on time, explained the issues with the garage door, and gave price up front. I would hire Jason again.

Excellent! Evan, who is Jason's son, came out to do the job. He arrived half an hour early and finished the job faster than he expected to. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was up front about how much things would cost. The spring was $180 and the motor, which was the better of the two options, was $425, including installation. I understand mechanical things and I believe he was truthful about the cause of my problem, which was that the motor was lifting a heavier load due to the broken spring, and this caused damage to the motor.

Called Jason on a Saturday morning because my garage door would not open and he came within 2 hours and installed a new opener for me. He explained what was wrong and what my options were and I decided to install a new opener. He was prompt, thorough and professional. Highly recommended.

Perfect! We have also asked him back to replace our 2nd opener in the same garage as we are so impressed with his workmanship & ability to see future problems before they occur!

I used Innovations garage door company. I dealt with Jason. He agreed to meet me at my home after work. Which was nice. Who wants to take time off or wait around for a service provider to show up. I had shopped at a couple big box stores just to price openers and types of garage doors(yawn). I found Innovations pricing well inline. I scheduled them to install the new door and openers. Which he was able to do within a couple days. He showed up in the a.m. on time and was done before I got home. He also walked me through programming my cars built in opener button. All in all I have to say it was a good experience. He also warranties workmanship and stands behind his products.

The technician did a fantastic job. He worked around my schedule. Took about 1 hour to replace the full garage door, door was double insulated door. He also took the old garage door to be recycled.
