Not a complicated job, they blew out the sprinkler system. Gave me a 3 hour window and called right as the window was ending to tell me they would be there 15 minutes later, hence the B for punctuality, but overall they had good communication and I will probably use them again next year.

Excellent. The tech is always pleasant to work with and is very understanding and tolerant of dogs.
Description of Work: Turned on sprinkler system, checked sprinkler heads, replaced heads as needed, will blow out/turn off system in the fall.

Holtz Landscape and Irrigation was very easy to work with and everything was fixed on time and on budget. I would have no problems using them again and recommending them to others!
Description of Work: Fixed a copper pipe that had frozen and cracked during the winter. Moved and replaced several sprinkler heads.

I've been very impressed by them. I used to be a landscaper in a garden center so I know what they are doing and how good or bad they could be, and they are very good.
Description of Work: Holtz Landscaping does my irrigation every fall. They built a huge waterfall for me. They have truckloads of dirt. They moved a tree for me last year. I ended up with a sinkhole in my yard and my tree was falling down the sinkhole so they pulled it out and replanted the tree. They came out and cleared an area of woods that I'm going to put a garden in so they came out and did a bunch of clearing work. They have done a ton of stuff for me.

They use large rolls and a small tractor and that greatly minimized the amount of seams and shortened the installation duration. They fertilized first as well which was an added plus. They showed up bright and early as scheduled and were done in about 4 hours. We have a rather large sloped yard with curved edging and rock walls. We also just had a sprinkler system put in. So there was still a lot of sod cutting required. Our sod was done just prior to the 90 degree heat for 2 weeks. Those are the most critical weeks in the sod's life. Watered 3 times a day and after a week it was already rooting. Very happy with the results. We are currently known as "the house with the new grass". Greenest yard in the neighborhood.
Description of Work: Provided and installed Sod. Approximately 1000 yards of sod was needed (not cubic yard, but standard sod roll width.)

He did a preliminary blowout and then went back over all the zones a scond time to confirm they were cleared. This company merged with Bob Kanorowicz last year.
Description of Work: They brought in a high capacity trailer mounted unit to blow out the 6 zone watering/sprinkler system. The operator used a 400 CFM (approx) trailer mounted diesel powered compressed air blower which did a very thorough job! This is the same size unit they use for golf courses and commercial sites, and in the three years we've used them, we have not had a frozen sprinkler head or jet.
