My wife and I agree! We would never sell or purchase a home without Jim, at our side. This is the sixth home transaction that we have used Jim's services and this time we moved at record speed. In 35 days, we made the decision to move, found a home to buy, sold our home, completed both closings, moved out of our old home and into our new home. Wow! We had Jim and his staff simply "flying" to get it all done. He and his staff handled the purchase agreements, completed the "staging" of our home for sale, set up the inspection and processed the mortgage application on the new house. The scariest part was that we nearly lost the home we wanted to buy in the middle of the process. Someone else made an offer on it and that left us 72 hours to sell our home. Jim got ours sold in 48 hours. From start to finish, Jim was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were moving very fast, but he kept everything under control and made certain we made the best decisions. We really felt comfortable with him and are thrilled with the results. I have only sold one home without Jim's help and it was a huge mistake. It was an estate transaction in another town about 80 miles away. I used a local Realtor in that town and they were horrible. Jim's service, ability, helpfulness and knowledge blew that other Realtor away. We, simply, will never ever use another Realtor. We trust Jim like our best friend!
