It was a pleasure working with Dercon from start to finish. Very professional and listened to my wishes for the outcome of the project. Every thing came together nicely and very pleased with choices we made. Am still amazed at the tile work, the subcontractor was very talented. I live in a small townhome and they made every effort to keep the dust to a minimum. Great company.

Project was on schedule and the work was highly satisfactory. Issues were dealt with promptly and resolved to our satisfaction. The Dercon crew was great to work with. We recommended Dercon to our son who used them for a basement remodel. We were so satisfied with their work that we are working with them on another garage addition.

It was a very large area that got "hit" by the storm so the timing was a bit long, and insurance was being difficult to deal with, but worth the wait! They were very professional, returned calls promptly, were very informative and friendly.

Dercon was very good to work with. It took a long time to fully complete the work, but I think that was due to the number of homes that were damage in the storm. The work was done when it was scheduled other than weather related delays and Dercon was in contact as soon as they knew anything would be delayed.

I was very impressed by the way everything was handled. Dercon handled every detail throughout the process.

The guy walked around the house and told me we have a beautiful house, no problems, but if we decide to make changes, to give them a call. He missed everything an exterior inspector should have seen - rotted wood, missing siding, heaving deck posts, missing window caulking, torn screens, and so on.

One year later and everything is fine. Excellent work.

You'd never know that a few months ago we had a "drive thru" garage. Everyone we worked with from Dercon was profession and friendly. Very well, Douglas was so friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about his job, he did not pressure us to buy any extra services. He did go through some things he felt were a concern, he provided many pictures and a quote on what it would cost to repair. We also went through a few other projects that we would like done on the house and he was so helpful taking down the information and is providing us a quote on some of those things as well. I would highly recommend this company they are courteous, professional and didn't push you to make a purchase. They provided suggestions on possible repairs that are needed and did not force the sale on you, they allow you to make the decision with out feeling pressured. I really appreciated that. They stopped over to measure and give us an estimate. This had to happen after hours because we both work. Dean and his guys were very polite and professional. Dean didn't pressure us at all and laid out the whole process so we knew what to expect. The construction and install went flawlessly and were a big hit at thanksgiving dinner. They showed up for the review as promised. The directive of the purchase with Angies List as I understood it to be from your description did not really occur here. Valuable in that it provided lots of cost numbers to consider projects in future.

A representative came out to our site to get information about the areas of our roof that needed to be replaced. The salesmen spent more time trying to sell himself rather than answer our questions about the roofing. He stated that he would be back in touch with two estimates for us for the roof and gutters, but never reached back out with that information. Due to the necessity to move quickly with the project we went with another company who provided more professional service and a prompt quote for the roof replacement.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about this company. I chose 4 "A" rated Angie's List providers of Marvin Windows. Dercon came in significantly cheaper than the other 3. The attention to detail and workmanship was exceptional. The primary installer on our job, Phil, was highly experienced and nice as can be. Once the job was started they stuck with it, no delays. The patio door we had installed was smaller than the one it replaced, so there had been discussion on the best way to fill in the gaps. We chose to go with a wider trim rather than sheetrock which would have been much more expensive. I did not like the end result which was different than what I had imagined. I called our sales rep, Douglas. He came out right away and came up with a "thinking out of the box" solution. Douglas took his phone and called his office and live streamed them a movie of our problem to make sure his resolution would work. The solution involved removing the trim and ordering new trim which would be installed differently. We are splitting the cost. We were expecting it to take a couple weeks to get the correction done. What we didn't know was that their Production Manager, Derek, got off the phone with Douglas and immediately sent trim to the finisher. Six days later they are installing the trim. These guys are superstars! Douglas really does care about his customers. He is very outgoing, a really sweet guy, very responsive and sincerely wants everything to go well. My experience shows that dedication goes beyond just the sales force. Great work fellas! We'll have you back to replace more windows next year. I highly recommend this company!!

We found we were in need of a new roof after only fourteen years. This came as a surprise, but we learned we had shingles on the roof that had a very poor track record and we had weather damage from a storm in the summer of 2015. Our insurance company inspected the roof and determined they would cover the loss. We selected the CertainTeed brand of shingles and I went to their website and searched for Certainteed Premier Contractors. We found Dercon and then went to their website to learn more about the company. We felt this company looked well qualified to do the work and so we contacted them. At this point I could provide lots of details about working with Dercon. I am over sixty years old and I've had the full range of experiences with service providers. Bottom line - I would rank the entire experience with Dercon in the top three. Particular compliments go to Douglas Cossette and the Roofing Crew they used to perform the work. The inspections and insurance claim details of the job were taken care of by Doug. His attention to detail, effectiveness, and efficiency were among the best I have ever seen. Looking back at the entire experience from initial contact to a finished job, Dercon has our full support. We strongly recommend them. [member name removed]

I was contacted on February 2nd, 2016 by Doug Cossette from Dercon. I explained that I had a small area where the garage roof joins the house roof that had a small leak and I wanted to have it checked out. We decided that, since this was very minor and not currently leaking that we would wait until the weather warmed up to do the inspection. I contacted Doug again and he came out to do the inspection on Friday, May 6th. I was working from home and Doug said that he would do the inspection, and they would email me the report with pictures early the next week. After receiving nothing for almost a month, I emailed Doug on June 2nd, 2016 that I had still not received the report. I heard back from Doug the same day, very apologetic, and surprised that I had not received the report. He assured me that he would get it to me right away. Today is June 28th, and I have still not received the report from May 6th. In summary, I purchased “The Big Deal” and have not received the services that I purchased.

All Dercon personnel were polite, professional and readily available when I had questions. They replaced our shingles, gutters and downspouts, and fascia. Very important to us...they cleaned up after themselves. Dercon handled all communication with our insurance company. Very painless.
