Dercon provided exceptional service from beginning to end! Douglas, the sales consultant, thoroughly explained the process and was prompt returning calls with questions. The siding team worked continually with an outstanding attention to detail. I was especially pleased with the creative trimming.They were respectful of the yard and the neighbors, leaving the area picked up and clean after each work day. My experience with Dercon Construction Services was positive in every way and I highly recommend them as a good value with excellent workmanship.

I contacted Dercon because of a leak in my two year old roof. They initially suggested taking the issue to our builder to have them fix the leak. Unfortunately our official one year warranty period has passed so I requested that they come out and take a look anyway. This was a perfect way to start with Dercon. They weren't looking to do work for me when it was possible that I could save money by going to the builder. Impressive! Douglas came out to my home and identified a long list of issues with my roof. He took pictures, explained the issues, and wrote up a report of the which I could take back to my builder. The office staff were also friendly. I have added a contact record on my phone for Dercon so I am ready when I need construction services in the future.

roof repair was very prompt within 2 weeks of signed contract. The workers were very prompt, friendly and did a great job with clean up. They worked hard and steady. Communication with me was very good. Same with facia and fence repairs. Communication was very good. window replacement went well. Workers worked steady and were considerate of my belongings. Good job on clean up. The sliding door needed to be reordered but everyone was accommodating and communicated well. I'm very happy with the work completed.

Dercon Construction Service, was an absolute joy to work with. They were prompt, professional and thorough. Derek the sales man was patient and knowledgeable and I felt as if he really had me and my homes best interest in mind. He walked me through the entire process and answered every question I had. I was kept informed through every step. Phil the crew lead was also professional, and a perfectionist in his craft. The company was courteous with my family, our schedule and our needs. The small details that they provided and performed made it an easy choice for us to go with them. They close cell spray foamed around each window to ensure the best energy efficient result. I would strongly recommend this company to family and friends or anyone else.

They were fantastic! Bruce Stageberg went above the call of duty! He worked with my insurance agent, and I didn't have to do anything! He was very patient in dealing with them.

It was just wonderful! When they ran into trouble, they sent pictures of the areas to me and were able to solve the problems very swiftly. I have had some other work done by different companies and it was just a pleasure to work with them.

A hail storm damaged many of the roofs in our neighborhood. They ended up working with the insurance company to see what was covered in our policy. They pointed out damage to the adjustor that I would have never seen. This resulted in a new roof and siding for my home. The Dercon people were present during most of the process and their subcontractors were very professional and did great work.

We were very pleased with how the remodel went. Kitchen was completed within five weeks of signing the contract and within three weeks of demo. Quality of work is excellent and the kitchen is beautiful. Dean is easy to work with and did extra work without charge. Custom cabinets made by Frank are beautiful. We would use them again for any future project and would highly recommend them.

They did two of our houses. They did expensive work on our main house because we had a lot of hail damage. They worked extremely well with the insurance company and saw stuff that we would have never seen. They also did some work on the garage door.

They did all the leg-work for us...having to deal with our insurance company to get full replacement cost. They examined the roof, took pictures of the roof damage on their ipad, reviewed the pictures of the damage with us, and then came back to meet with our insurance adjuster with detailed information. Dercon found more damage then we could have, and worked closely with our adjuster to make sure all of the damage was covered. They made an additional trip to bring different color roofing samples, and even climbed back on the roof to compare the samples to make sure we would happy with the color choice. They set up a time for the work to begin and arrived on the time scheduled. They completed the work within a couple days, thoroughly cleaned up the area and left it in perfect condition. We were extremely impressed with the professional way Dean and Bruce dealt with us and I highly recommend Dercon Construction Services for your roofing or other construction needs!
