+ -1 moreDid everything he promised and then some. No surprise, No extras charges. In fact Dave gave us over $2,000 in credits since he didn't have to remove all the windows and doors.
Description of Work: We had our home tested for moisture intrusion with CMT. Found we had moisture issue with 5 areas of the home. We contacted several companies and decided on DW Moore because Dave Moore would personally be on the job site everyday!They started the project last fall and finished up the brown coat just in time for winter. He promised I would be his first project this spring and he came back and finished the project exactly as requested. Dave was a true professional. Did everything he promised and then more. They were very respectful of our yard and neighbors. If you need a Stucco repair, or complete removal and restoration you cannot find a better contractor than DW Moore Stucco. You can hire a General Contractor who only marks up the job 20-25% or you can save the money and headaches and hire Dave. You'll be amazed at how fast and professional his entire team is.

+ -1 moreExcellent! I own a 1.5 story stucco home in the Nokomas neighborhood of south Minneapolis. Wayne came out, spent an entire hour and evaluated the home. We walked the entire exterior of the home, looked at every surface and every crack and crevass. His knowledge of stucco is encyclopedic. Explained what was normal and what may need some attention. This was more of an educational meeting then a sales meeting - there was never any pressure or a hard sell. Gave me a "rough estimate" of the cost of various options to consider for the future which can be firmed up when making the final decision. These are the guys that I would hire to do the work.

+ -1 moreDave and his crew were professional and friendly throughout. We are very happy with the work they did. They are true craftsmen. They actually started before the estimated start time, and had the whole job done well within the allotted time (even though we weren't in a particular hurry). Highly recommended.
