+ -1 moreIt went very well. They team worked non stop until the job was completed, from 11:30-7:00pm The only criticism would be that the couple pieces of furniture that they moved out of the way we're not put back, but given the late hour it was a forgivable thing.
Description of Work: This was an installation through Lowes, but Crossroads works independently as well. They installed two doors and full frames. Front entry door and patio french doors.

+ -1 moreANOTHER COMPANY BID AND FOUND ANOTHER PORTION OF THE STUCCO THAT WAS FAILING. THE PROJECT BECAME MORE EXTENSIVE SO I PASSED ON THIS BID. TOTAL BID WAS $2450.
Description of Work: ESTIMATE PRICE FOR REPAIRING ONE ROTTEN-OUT EXTERIOR CORNER OF KITCHEN. THIS KITCHEN WALL IS IN A 1957 ADDITION THAT HAD A TOTALLY FLAT ROOF AT ONE TIME. DESPITE THE PREVIOUS OWNER ADDING A SLIGHT ANGLE TO THE FLAT ROOF, THE GUTTER CLEARLY BACK FLOWED INTO THE HOUSE. THE STUDS WERE IN GOOD CONDITION BUT ABOUT 12-20 INCHES OF SHEATHING WAS ROTTEN ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CORNER FROM FLOOR TO CEILING. ESTIMATED FOR REMOVAL OF STUCCO, REPLACEMENT OF SHEATHING WITH PLYWOOD, AND REPLACEMENT OF STUCCO TO MATCH EXISTING.
