 + -1 moreMy husband had called at least a half a dozen A-rated Angie list carpet cleaners who all told him that it couldn't come out. We felt sure we were going to need to replace the carpet! When Jim came out, he described in great detail what processes he used after determining what type of grout had been involved. He was a miracle man! Not only did he get the stain out but he did the magic with his products the first time he worked the stain that others said they wouldn't touch!
Description of Work: the liquid coloring from grout spilled onto our new carpeting at the front entrance.

 + 0 moreCJ's Chem-Dry called prior to arriving a few minutes early for my scheduled time. We walked through each room and discussed all areas of concern and they went right to work in a very timely and professional manner. When finished, Jim reviewed all the areas of concern with me and then followed up with me several days later to make sure all was still looking great! I have had CJ's Chem-Dry clean my carpets twice now and they have always exceeded my expectations! Jim does a very thorough job and even though my carpets are older, he still makes them look great. The carpets stay cleaner longer as well, because CJ's Chem-Dry doesn't use soaps that leave a residue. I will never use any carpet cleaning service other than CJ's!
Description of Work: CJ's Chem-Dry spot treated prior to cleaning and cleaned my carpets on the main level of my home and the stairway to the lower level. I am having them back in a few weeks to do my lower level as well!
