Lost water Sunday morning. Bastian answered the phone, came on time on a Sunday and replaced the well pump in an hour. Highly recommend their service.

We woke up in the morning with no water. We called the company that installed our well, but they were unable to come out until 2 days later and felt that it was a pretty bad situation, which left us thinking we would have to replace the pump. I started looking on Angie's list, saw the reviews for Bastian, liked what I saw and had my husband called them. Bill answered the call right away. He too said they were booked, but took our address and said he would be nearby, so he would call in 2 hours. As he said, he called within 2 hours and said he was on his way. We were extremely impressed that he fit us in to his already packed schedule! Once Bill arrived he felt very confident that the issue seemed to be a short in the wires, which was the case. He was very patient with us as we were watching and asking questions while he was pulling everything out of the well. Bill went above and beyond our expectations, explaining everything and taking great care in making sure everything was fixed and working before he left, but also said that we should call if we had any further questions or issues. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to have their well checked or fixed. We have already passed out his card to our neighbors and Bill will be the first and only call we make if we ever have any other issues with our well. Overall, Bill is a great example of what true Customer Service should be! Thanks again Bill!

I called Bastian Well Service because I had little water pressure. William came over to assess the problem. He installed a new pump to replace the original from the 70s, and that improved the flow, but didn’t bring it to where it should be. He then believed that the problem was probably a hole or holes in the pipe coming out of the well, so I was losing a lot of the water that was being pumped. He determined that the most economical fix would be to dig down and install a submersible pump. Though not a guarantee, he believed it had a good chance of solving the problem, instead of needing to dig a new well. It worked, saving me thousands of dollars. I now have great water pressure! William is super nice, and he brought a very capable helper with him.

We were impressed from start to finish. I contacted him by email because our well water had a foul smell and his repsonse was immediate. He explained throughly what needed to be done and came out within days to do what was necessary to remmedy the problem. We had a issue once we turned the water back on and called him and he walked us through everthing we needed to do to correct the problem. Was very professional, accomadating and we highly recommend him!

I saved lots of money by repairingi nstead of purchsing a new one. He was friendly, courteous, prompt, and knoweldgeable. I was very happy with his services and I would highly recommend him. He even took his shoes off before entering my house! I was so pleased with his professionalism and he will be the first one I'll call if I need anything like this in the future.
