+ 4 morePoor from the start, schedule abrogated, budget abrogated, Architect agreed with our assessment.
Description of Work: Addition and remodeling of three areas of home from plans developed by architect. Never completed the job, filed complaint against Grimms with Commerce Department and ended up in litigation which we won. Absolutely poor wor, bad subs, totally behind schedule, had to file litigation. A complete disaster
