Service was great. There was an issue which was not resolved on the initial visit, but they came back as soon as we called at no extra cost.

I called this provider on Monday, July 13th just before 7 pm and left him a message about my broken dishwasher. I never received a phone call back.

Chris was responsive and helpful on the phone, was able to make an appointment to fit my schedule, showed up punctually, did a great job and explained what I need to do to prevent a problem in the future.

We used Appliance Care most recently in May of 2014, but have used their services in the past, as well. They were excellent! In both repairs, when I called, I either spoke directly with the owner who scheduled a date to assess the dishwasher in question or left a message and received a call back within the same day. When the technician showed up, he was on time and respectful of my home. During our first experience, we were selling a home and needed to address a vague mention of a problem with the dishwasher as identified by an inspector. The technician arrived on time, identified what the issue was and had it fixed within 2 hours, despite the fact that the dishwasher was 15+ years old. He had the parts he needed on hand, tested the dishwasher twice to ensure it was in working order. He was very professional. Because we had such a great experience the first time, we called Appliance Care again when our dishwasher acted up in our town home. It was an older dishwasher and was not drying completely and sometimes would run but not open the soap container so the dishes were not getting clean and/or dry despite a full cycle being run. Again, the technician arrived on time, was professional and respectful of my home. He identified the issue and was thorough in assessing to make sure it was the issue that needed to be rectified and then proceeded to triple check that the fix was working. In fact, he first thought a part would be necessary, but then realized he could fix it without needing the part, which saved us a couple hundred dollars. I'd recommend Appliance Care to everyone, and in fact, already have to my family and my in-laws.

My inquiry call was returned very promptly. They came out the next business day. The service tech was right on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. The price for their service call and service was reasonable. This was a commercial dryer in a rental property. I was happy to get service so quickly and also appreciated they would work on a commercial machine as some repair services will not.

Provider was familiar with equipment and undertake an evaluation in a proper manner. No problems were found.

My freezer stopped working and I came home last night to find water all over my kitchen floor and slowly warming food. The evening was spent finding somewhere to store everything until I could have someone come out to fix it, presumably first thing this morning. My first two tries were scheduling after July 4th - who could live without a working fridge/freezer for 10+ days?? Next I called two other A rated companies, however their sense of urgency did NOT mirror mine (don''t say you'll call back in five minutes and then NOT call back at all!!) I left a message at Appliance Care and Chris returned my call quickly and penciled me in for an appointment for Monday, even though he didn't have the details. He understood how important it was to get me on the calendar! Unfortunately, he couldn't get me in until Monday and one of the others was able to come on Saturday.... but Chris deserve some praise for understanding how urgent it is to have a working freezer/refrigerator in this day & age!!

This was our second time using Chris. He is now our go-to guy for appliance care. Chris is honest and willing to work with you. He is NOT out to sell you an appliance care package. I am so thankful for that. He explains things in easy to understand language and is willing to fix your appliances rather than just rush to replace them. He adjusted his schedule to try to get warm enough weather to adjust things properly and was very easy to work with. I am happy to recommend Chris to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

We were experiencing periodic failure of the clothes dryer when trying to start it and it was getting progressively worse. I left a voice message with the company and the owner called me back within a couple of hours. I described the problem to him and he pretty much diagnosed it over the phone. We set up an appointment for the work to be completed within 2 business days. The tech who came out gave me a reasonable quote. Then, he efficiently completed the work and actually charged me a bit less than the estimate because it took a little less time to complete the work. Both the owner and the tech provided me with additional information regarding both the washer and dryer in terms of expected life of the equipment, replacement parts availability going forward, and answered a number of other questions. This was my first experience with Appliance Care and they seem to be an excellent company to work with.

Chris was really helpful in providing a quote for a fix. He knew right away what was needed to fix the problem (convection fan noise). He provided a quote to replace the fan. We decided to not move forward. We decided we can live with the noise for now. The quote seemed reasonable given the parts cost and the fact it needed to have two guys for the repair. We are going to redo the kitchen in the next year and will be buying a new oven at that time, we can live with the noise for now. We would use Appliance Care in the future.

Our older Maytag washer stopped working. I got Chris's info from Angie's list and called. He called back within an hour and after listening to my description of the problem said he thought it was a bad switch and gave me an estimate for the repair. He was headed to another job in our area and said he could stop by on his way. His phone diagnosis was right on and he had the part in his truck. Within three hours of my original call we had a working washing machine again and the cost was just what he told me it would be. If I have another need for a service call, Chris will be right at the top of my list.

Not every day you encounter a company that puts their customers interests first. I did not end up using Chris for repairing our washer as when we talked initially by phone he was aware of our old washer/dryer model and after giving him the model and serial number he openly and honestly talked me through our options. For us, the cost of repair would be in line with purchasing a new washer so we decided to just to bite the bullet and make the purchase. However, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Chris for his honesty and great service. He's earned our trust for all of our future appliance service needs and I would strongly recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you again, Chris!!!

The process when WELL! They returned our phone call promptly, were very professional, articulate and got the job done for a reasonable cost. The service technician was very efficient, professional and pleasant. We will definitely used Appliance Care again!

Chris did a great job. Both valves had been clogged when our water softner failed. Using model numbers we had provided Chris came well prepared. Fixing the washer was quick and easy. No so with the fridge that was nearly impossible to move so he could get to the back. We both struggled for well over an hour to get it to move to no avail until, through hard work we got it moved. After that he flushed the line, replaced a fitting and the valve and also replaced the water filter. He was knowledgeable, curtious, tenacious and professional. Hats off to him... he earned every penny of what he charged.

He responded to my phone call right away and he told me what the problem was and he gave me an estimate. He came out the next day but it was not what he told me it would be. His worker was polite and professional and I would use them again.

Fast response and booking for the initial diagnostics on our issue with the Maytag front loader washer. The team arrived on time to access and make a recommendation. Very professional. The part was ordered and the team arrived 48 hrs later to install the part...on time/professional & courteous. We elected to repair the washer as it would take 10+ days to receive a new replacement washer. We did not want this option. I recommend this company very much. This is the second time we have used this company and they exceed service expectations.

02/04/15 Very honest, professional and a nice guy. He asked about the dishwasher, model #, the problem and he was able to bring the parts with him for the scheduled repair. I would definitely call on him again & recommend him to others!!!!

I had to replace my recently repaired dishwasher with a new one due to Connexus Energy's faulty/broken parts causing a major power surge. I called to schedule and he was able to be there the next day. He is prompt, courteous, & professional. Would recommend him to others!!!!

Honest and a nice guy. He ordered the part over the phone and came out and fixed it quickly. The price is what I expected to pay.

My washing machine stopped mid-cycle one day while completely filled with water and it would not drain or turn on or anything. Contacted Chris, and he guessed over the phone that something was stuck in my drain pump. He gave me an estimate for the service call and possible part replacement and I scheduled someone to come out the next day. Upon disassembling the machine, there was a sock stuck in my drain pump (just as predicted). Removed and reassembled, the machine was working fine again. And no new part was needed so I was only charged the service call.

My "regular" appliance repair company did not work on European dishwashers and actually was closed during the holiday season. I called Appliance Care because of the high Angie List ratings. Long story short, the owner, Chris, immediately returned my call. We set up a timely appointment to figure out my problem. The technician, Matt, diagnosed the problem and based on my request we special ordered the needed part. He promptly fixed my situation. (Thanks to Matt my dishwater hands will recover.) This is a responsive, knowledgeable company. They are my "new" guys. They have my highest recommendation!

The technician called in advance asking if he could come 1/2 hour earlier than the scheduled beginning time. Matt got the repair work done in no time, and my old dryer works like new.

We were extremely impressed with Chris and Matt. They were able to come out immediately to look at our washing machine. It was determined that we needed a new motherboard. They came the next day to it. Something must've been originally disconnected because when things got moved around, it started working before they installed the motherboard. He didn't have to say anything, he could've installed it and charged us full price, but he didn't. Would definitely recommend them.
