Description of Work: Repaired ice maker. Did a great job.

Description of Work: I needed them to remove a dishwasher part for my insurance company. They did not get the right part the first time but come back and take care of it.

Description of Work: These guys were terrific, responded to my email question after hours within 15 minutes, repaired our appliance less than first quoted. I would recommend Appliance care to friends and family. Chris was terrific!

Description of Work: Although Chris had to make 4 different trips to my home, he only charged me once since all the subsequent trips were related to the first issue. He was always prompt, called ahead of time and very nice. I will refer him to anyone and use him for any large appliance repairs - his service was A+++++!!

Description of Work: Chris was awesome! He came out quickly, knew what the problem was and fixed it fast. Who wants to be without a washing machine! Chris made sure I had it quickly, and it works wonderfully!

Description of Work: fixed washing machine right away. wait for the parts to fix the dishwasher- had to wait 1 + 1/2 months to get parts from manufacturer. fixed it immediately once the part arrived. they were honest and did exactly what they said they would do.

Description of Work: Appliance care was wonderful. However the firm they hired to deliver the purchase was terrible. And they had nothing but problems with them.

Description of Work: Dryer wasn't heating so called for a repair estimate. They came out to my house as their first stop and came in under the estimate. Was only a fuse that needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: Replaced a part in the refrigerator. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and ordered a replacement part The part was mailed to us, then a tech came and installed it in a few minutes.

Description of Work: Fixed the dryer. Very efficient.

Description of Work: Chris came out and looked at our dishwasher to determine what was causing the service light and concluded that there wasn't anything substantially wrong but he addressed the possible issues such as clogged drain, etc. In the process of putting the dishwasher back together, a sensor of some sort broke off. Chris took responsibility to order a new part and install it at no cost to us. Very much appreciated. I would use Appliance Care again.

Description of Work: Our dryer was sounding pretty bad. We stopped using it and called for service. The person who came out said we should replace it. They charged $120 for the service call.

Description of Work: Repaired gas dryer. Dryer was not drying clothes. The technician arrived on time and quickly determined the issue. He had the part in stock and made the repair. He also suggested a fix for quiet excess drum noise, which was greatly appreciated!

Description of Work: They installed a new garbage disposal after my old one bit the dust (don't put a vat of melted cheese down your drain, people.) I bought the same model as the broken one and Appliance Care installed it quickly, cleanly and disposed of my old, broken one.

Description of Work: Problem has resurfaced and not sure it was original problem or new one.

Description of Work: They repaired my washing machine. It went smoothly. When a hose popped off after they left, they returned to fix it within a couple of hours.
