They are fair priced. They are knowledgable. They are willing to fix what I had.

They could not have done a better job. The owner answered the phone and already knew what the problem was. He sent Anthony out the very next day with the right parts and fixed it right away. They came when they said they would. Super nice guys!

They are punctual and explain things well before they do any work. They ordered parts for us and came back right when they said they would. They have good handle on customer service and they are very reliable.

The technician, Sergio, was very professional and prompt, after calling to give me an ETA. The initial call for an appointment was professional and was offered service the same day. Due to my scheduling, I picked another day. These guys will be my new appliance team!

They came in and were very clean. They protected my kitchen and even took their shoes off. They did just what I wanted them to do and were very honest.

This was a very positive experience! The immediacy of response, the professionalism and the ability to have our dryer back in use within less than twelve hours from it's demise is impressive.

My Bosch dishwasher was leaking and Chris was about to come over to look at it about two hours after I called. He was here about an hour and explained fully and carefully what was wrong and how it could be fixed. He couldn't have been more personable on the phone and in person.

As for the overall experience, I recounted it in my earlier review.

They were very responsive and returned my call within 30 min to an hour of my voicemail. Willing to and quot;trouble shootand quot; problem over the phone during the initial call. The technician made me feel very comfortable and was friendly willing to explain the issue. Covered his shoes with booties to keep floor clean. Left no mess behind.

They were prompt, knowledgeable and fast!

Appiiance Care responded immediately and had their service technician, Chris, out the next day. Chris was able to remove the frozen face plate from the inside of the refrigerator with some difficulty since it was literally frozen into place from the ice build-up. The humidity sensor and fan were proprietary to Samsung and had to be air freighted to Minnesota from California. This necessitated a three day turn around and a second trtip from Chris. However, he was able to quickly replace the failed components and reassemble/test the refrigerator in record time.I am completely satisfied with Mark Benedict's company, Appliance Care and would recommend this organization to anyone needing fast, professional service and a very reasonable, fair price. We appreciated that the office person was upfront with their basic service charges (which are lower than another A-rated provider we contacted), and in helping me decide that it would be more cost effective to buy a new dryer rather than have our old one repaired. We will contact them again if we need repair service in the future.

My experience was very good. Mark was professional and very good about communicating with me every step of the repair. He didn't charge my credit card for repairs until the job was completed. If your washer and dryer are stackable, and they are stacked, make sure you tell the appliance guys about that fact. I lucked out that they had two guys on the repair crew versus one, or my stackable washer and dryer would not have been examined so quickly.

Everything was very professional, courteous, and prompt. I called on a Friday and got an appointment that worked with our schedule on Monday afternoon. Chris showed up, and he had Matt with him, who must have been a journeyman or intern. Chris was very polite and you could tell he did a good job training Matt -- asking him what he would do, what does he see, what he should communicate, and what he would do differently if Chris saw him make a mistake. They came in, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed fast. I was really impressed! The price they charged was fair; it's one of those things I wish I could have fixed myself because the $120 bill seemed a little steep for what they did -- especially since we initially tried fixing it ourselves (what we thought was broken turned out not to be the problem) and know that the parts are inexpensive. But, you pay for the convenience and the expertise, and Appliance Care definitely has both. I would definitely recommend them!

Spoke with Mark on phone, very professional and courteous. Was able to schedule work very quickly. Chris came to repair a leaking pump on my washer. Had the part, made the repair and was very knowledgable and friendly. Would definitely use them again

I was very pleased with the service offered. I called late one day and the technicians were out the next day. They diagnosed the problem and were clear on how long it would take for the part to come. (They do stock parts but my fridge was only 2 years old so they didn't have this part for this fridge) The part was slow to ship but they kept following up on it until it came in. After replacing the part, the fridge kicked in and the techs left. Unfortunately it didn't continue to cool so I called back later the same day and they came back out that afternoon, worked on it and then stayed until the temperature started to go down. If all businesses could be this responsive and professional, it would be great!

Was unable to fix the pilot light due to the age of gas stove (1940s) but he turned off the pilot light so the stove is not leaking unburnt gas from the pilot lights, but the stove works fine for cooking.

Woke up to find my fridge not working on my way out the door for work. Called in and got an appointment scheduled same day. Man on the phone was very nice and helpful, he gave me a time frame when the workers were going to come out. The techs called me EARLY to see if i was ready for them to come, it didnt work for me (had to run home from work to meet them) and I asked to push it back to the original start time. They were very accommodating of this and when the time came they were very punctual showing up at the time requested. The two men that showed up were very nice and clean and went right to work. Within a few min they knew what the problem was and were able to give me a quote for the fix. They had all parts on hand and were very quick to replace and get things back up and running for me. Great service and nice employees.

I called Appliance Care at 8:00 a.m. as my refrigerator stopped working. They were able to get Chris out to my house the same morning. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, which was a bad compressor that would have cost $750 for the part to repair. I asked him a lot of questions (knowing I would now need to buy a new refrigerator) about the cause, what size I could get in the space I had, and brands / types to get or stay away from. He told me the cause, measured the space, gave me specifications and brand / type recommendations. He was very friendly and courteous. The next time I have an issue with an appliance, I will definitely be calling Appliance Care!

When my fridge stopped cooling I did what everyone else would do; googled appliance repair. I called over 15 people since it was 3:00 in the afternoon most of them laughed at me when I said I needed someone to come out that day. There was only two that had appointments available the next day and the rest had appointments 1-2 weeks out, obviously that was no help to me. So I thought I'd give angie's list a try, WOW was that helpful! I found 'appliance care' at the top of the list (I didn't find them through a general google) Chris was amazing! So helpful and patient with me because I was a frustrated wreak by the time I found him. Though my father-in- law and I had already fixed the problem (and didn't know it) by moving the fridge away from the wall and cleaning the dust away from the compressor, it was well worth the service charge just to find this wonderful company!

Called in the morning and was available to come that afternoon. Very happy with the repair done on my drier.

I spoke with Mark on the phone this morning, and an hour later, his serviceman Chris was at my door. Our icemaker in the freezer stopped working, and our water tap on the outside of the fridge hasn't worked well pretty much since we bought our house. Chris checked out all aspects of the fridge, then moved on to the filtration system in the utility room. He was very thorough, and explained what he was looking at and finding with each step. When he found the problem and explained it to me, I asked him to explain it to my husband over the phone before he fixed it, which he gladly took the time to do. An hour later, I have a working icemaker and water spout! Chris was very professional and friendly, and also great with my puppy who accosted him at the door. We would recommend Mark and Chris, and definitely use them again for appliance repair.

The guys arrived early. Very courteous. The checked out our dishwasher and, after cleaning water from the bottom, and finding a leak under the unit, they said that it didn't make sense to repair it. We appreciated the time they put in to figure out the problem, and the honesty.

He was able to fix the washer without replacing any parts (the trap was clogged) and he showed me how to clean the trap so it wouldn't happen again. Chris was efficient, polite and professional. I would definitely use Appliance Care again

I discovered my dryer was not working on a Wednesday evening after doing a load of laundry. The heat was not working on the dryer. The following morning, I immediately started contacting appliance repair businesses to schedule a repair. Based on Angie's list ratings, I attempted to contact a company that was highly rated. That company had no available dates for over a week which I thought was ridiculous, so I continued down the list and contacted Appliance Care. I left a message and Mark contacted me within a half hour. Mark was very professional and indicated that Appliance Care was available to schedule an appointment on this same day during the noon hour. Approximately two hours later, Chris with Appliance Care arrived and immediately began working on my dryer. Chris did a complete diagnostic check and replaced the part that had failed. Chris was very professional and did a great job. Considering one company had told me it would be a week before they could get out to my house, I was extremely impressed that Appliance Care took care of the problem on the same day I called. Before Appliance Care had arrived, I had done my own research on replacement parts anticipating how much the repair might cost. Based on my final invoice and the part listed to repair my dryer, I believe I was overcharged approximately $20.00 for the part. In addition, the service charge to repair the dryer was $120.00 which I thought was on the high end, but overall, I was very happy with their service and the fact it was fixed immediately.
