Mark was very responsive, coming out the same day we called. He was very knowledgeable and arrived with the likely replacement part just based on a verbal description of the problem. We would definitely recommend him and use him again. Price was fair and reasonable.

The guy came out. We loved the service. He provided great service and he was prompt. We were thrilled with his work. I would definitely recommend them. Mark is retiring and the guy that came out is taking over his business and he did a great job with the work. They were very responsive and Mark set the work up the next day.

He checked it and and fixed the problem, He was great. He explained everything and gave me great advise. I would call him again and will give his name to others.

A family member is going out of the country in three days, is frantically preparing, and HELP! The dryer won't heat. I called these folks at about noon. It is now just 2 p.m., and the dryer is fixed. All it needed was a burned-out wire replaced, but NEED is the key word here. We are very impressed.

Contacted Appliance Care about my dryer making horrible grinding noises. Mark was very courteous and professional. We setup an appointment for the following day. He called us to tell us he was coming over earlier than we expected (which worked out great for my schedule.) Mark arrived wearing an uniform and was professional (can't emphasize enough.) He diagnosed our issue and fixed it. No more grinding noises.

I called Mark on a Monday morning to see if he'd be able to help me out with repairs to my washing machine that had stopped working Sunday evening. After listening to the symptoms, Mark gave me a likely diagnosis and cost, and said he'd have someone out in a few hours (he quoted 11-1). The repair person called a few minutes before arriving (on the early side of the estimated time range), was courteous and friendly, and was able to complete the thankfully minor repairs within 15-20 minutes. The cost was at the low end of what Mark had estimated earlier that morning. I couldn't ask for better service. I will definitely call Appliance Care again.

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to get their appliance repaired. I called on 7/31 and spoke with Mark about my problem. He was able to diagnose what I probably needed to get done and how much it would cost. He was very good explaining why he was reccomending what I probably needed to replace and offered to send someone out that very day if I liked (I wasn't available, so we scheuduled for the following day). His tech Chris showed up within the 2 hour window and was very courteous, professional, and personable. Chris pulled out my dryer and again explained what repair was needed and was in and out in under 20 minutes. Knowing that I was a little nervous with the gas leak, he was kind enough to double check it with the sniffer to ensure everything was good to go. I had also taken the closet door off the track prior to them coming to my home and Chris put it back before I left without me even asking him to.

The owner of the company came out to fix my machine. When he left, it stopped working properly, so he came out again. It took a couple of more trips and additional parts to fix, but he was more than fair on the extra cost. He hung in there and made sure it was fixed properly and was willing to absorb most of the extra labor costs because he was committed to getting it done and getting it done right. Good guy and good work. Greatly appreciated.

After the ice maker in our older refrigerator died I called this company. I spoke with Mark, who was very professional and direct. He advised that at that age, the ice maker would undoubtedly need to be replaced. He gave me the price of the job (which seemed expensive, but the refrigerator is a luxury brand, so it was not entirely unexpected). He said it was 2 days to get the unit. He called on Thursday to say that he had the unit. I missed the call, but called back on Friday morning. He said that he thought they could get to my place that afternoon, and would call back. Sure enough, a couple of hours later I got a call from Matt informing me that he would be there to install the ice maker in 15 or 20 minutes. Matt was also very professional and personable. The installation went smoothly and we are now making ice. I recommend this business. Professional, prompt, punctual, no drama.

Extremely pleased with this company. They were able to come out right away and replace the top of the washer. The communication was excellent, they have moved to the top of list to call when a repair is required. I have never written a review before, because I have never felt compelled enough by good service.

Mark and Sergio both provided services, with Mark repairing my non-functioning central air conditioner and Sergio doing some diagnostic work on my refrigerator and washing machine. Both were very competent and did a great job of explaining what they were doing/finding. They were prompt, did a thorough job and were careful about leaving things tidy.

Amazing!! We had ordered a new washer until they offered to check it free of charge. They fixed the washer in under an hour and then gave us some tips on the washer. amazing service, I high recommend this team, thank you!!!

We've had this company in three times now for differing issues and they've been terrific each time. They arrive promptly, take care of the issue with a minimum of fuss, and they're always positive. They've never tried to upsell. In fact, we had a problem with our ginormous Wright-Hennepin water heater and Appliance Care told us they couldn't help us but they quickly gave us a referral. We will call them whenever we have a problem with appliances ... and we have an old house with old appliances. Speed dial!

The problem: We had to pull out our stacked washer dryer unit to retrieve a leak detector that had gotten pushed behind it. The unit is heavy; in a laundry closet with less than two feet of clearance--total--on either side. We managed to barely get the unit part way out of the closet to retrieve the leak detector. However, when we went to push the unit back in, we couldn't figure out how to get the vent pipe on the back of dryer aligned with the vent pipe in the wall. While we did manage to get the unit back in the closet, from the lint and humidity emitted when using the dryer, we knew we didn't have things lined up right. Appliance Care solution: Sergio called before he came. He was right on time. Fortunately for us, he was slender enough to and quot;skinny inand quot; between the unit and the wall to see what was up with the venting. And, he was strong enough to push the unit back into place so that the venting lined up again! (Had he been a more and quot;robustand quot; guy, Sergio explained that he would have had to remove the unit using appliance-moving skids and then use an alternate way to align the venting as the unit was pushed back in, e.g. a long-handled mirror. He explained this likely would have taken two people.) The charge was for a service call. We are happy to pay it, given the importance of having the venting lined up again!

He was good! Tested the machine to diagnose the problem, clearly stated his findings and the price, and fixed it. It worked when he left, but the next day it stopped working again, so we think there was two things wrong with it. He came back and fixed it completely, this time at no charge to us. When I told my husband they didn't charge the second time, he said and quot;well, that magnet definitely stays on the fridge!and quot; and that pretty much sums it up. It's important to find someone that stands by their work, so we'd definitely go back to them with appliance problems.

Mark answered the phone right away and worked with me on the phone to diagnose the problem. Chris was at my home 30 minutes later, had Mark run out with the replacement part for my 30 year old refrigerator. Great service, good price, very satisfied.

The technician came out the next day to look at our washing machine that we thought was leaking water. He ran it for a full two cycles and discovered the water was leaking from the sink that the machine drains into. We were able to buy a drain screen for a few bucks and it fixed the problem. We were very impressed with their promptness and honesty. We will use them again for sure!

Perfect. Called him and got the name of a company where I could purchase built in microwave. He picked it up and put it in. He called the morningof the service to reconfirm and charged a little less than he thought it would be. Very happy with service.

Excellent. I first called Sears since I previously had a warranty for this refrigerator. They felt so bad about the warranty expiring only three months prior that they could rush someone out a week later (yes, I'm being extremely sarcastic). I then went to Angie's List to find a highly regarded company and started calling. It was 7am and Appliance Care was the second company I tried. The owner, Mark, answered right away. He had his people in my house three hours later fixing my fridge. Absolutely amazing - I am very impressed with Appliance Care.

Our fridge was staying at about 60 degrees on the coldest setting, while the freezer was really really cold and everything in it was covered with frost. We called Appliance Care and they came out that same morning. It was a technician, and another technician who was in training. They asked some questions about the fridge's behavior, did some testing, and recommended we replace the and quot;jazz boardand quot; which I understand is the main logic board. He said the problem could be a couple different things but there wasn't a way to tell without starting to replace parts, and the jazz board was the logical first step. The two of them spent a while disassembling our lower freezer drawer to get to the board, replaced it, and put everything back together. Within the normal 24-hour cooling period, our fridge was back to normal operation.
