We were extremely impressed by Chris and Matt. We had some issues with our washing machine. They were quick to look at the problem. It was determined that they needed to order a new motherboard, which was to be installed the next day. They came back the next day to install the motherboard. Upon moving things around, something must've been disconnected to begin with because it started working before they installed it. They didn't have to say anything, they could've just gone ahead and installed the motherboard and charged us the full amount, but they didn't. Would definitely recommend them.

Called Chris at Appliance Care on December 3 and he provided an estimate based on my vague description of the problem. I was pleased he was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Sergio, the service technician, was at my house by 11:00 on December 4. He cleared out the vent, replaced the valve coils and tested the system by noon. Sergio was very polite and answered all my questions as I hovered around while he worked. Actual cost was about $15 less than the original estimate. I was very pleased by the whole experience.

Made contact though Craigslist and their response was prompt. In our first contact there may have been a miscommunication, we thought we had scheduled a time, but they thought we were going to call back. So after not having them arrive we called and clarified. We scheduled an appointment for the next day for them to come between 10-12. They showed up around 2, calling first to say they were on the way. We had left them a message wondering if they were in fact coming. Once the technician arrived, Sergio was charming and efficient. He knew by the sound of it what was wrong and how to fix it. It did not take him long to fix and we tested it and were up and running. He barely disturbed the dust around the machine and our 2 year old slept through the repair. He talked about how long the part is guaranteed for and reassured us that if something happens with the washer to give a call. He also told us that we have a good solid washer that should last us a while. Appointment issues aside we are very pleased with our encounter with Appliance Care.

They weren't able to repair the dishwasher because the part wasn't available. Yesterday, 11/15/2014, I received an invoice in the mail for $75.00. This is the first invoice that I've received and they are already threatening to send it to a collection agency.

excellent, it turned out to be a difficult job. Not only fixed the dryer, but cleaned out our dryer vent. Still came in close to the estimate they provided before starting the job. Couldn't be more impressed.

I don't typically write reviews, but Chris deserves it. He's very professional, courteous of your time (calls with an estimate of when he can get there, calls when he's on his way, shows up on time), and very knowledgeable. His original hunch was correct, and he had the fridge fixed up in 45 mins. He also came with materials to protect the wood floors while rolling out the fridge, which is great. A+

Originally I called Appliance Care and sent pictures of our dryer tub and the dryer model information. We discussed over the phone and based on damage in the pictures we were told that there may be a significant cost to special order the tub and we may want to review other options. We took the advice and shopped around and found that the dryer manufacturer no longer makes full sized dryers that would fit our stackable setup. After a month we called back and Appliance Care promptly ordered the part and within a week had it installed. The dryer is nice and quiet and it was fixed with no surprises.

Sergio and then Chris made multiple visits to troubleshoot this issue. They tried several different minor repairs, but ultimately determined that it had to be a compressor issue; thus making more sense to replace than repair. We really appreciated their efforts and honesty in dealing with this issue. We would use them again.

Chris was great! He called that he was on his way and once he arrived diagnosed the problem. Very professional and courteous plus knowledgeable. Would definitely use again!

Chris called me back quickly to discuss what the issue with our dishwasher was. He was willing to connect with our tenants directly to arrange a time that was convenient for them. I really appreciated how thorough he was with the explanation of the problem and resolved the issue quickly. He also accepts payment over the phone so that was really convenient. Thanks Chris!!

Chris was very good and getting back to me on the phone to schedule appointment. I left message after hours and he got back to me early the next morning. He had a guy in the next morning early and on time and had the door module swapped out in about a half hour. The wife was happy to get washer going again.

Matt had our dryer up and running within about 30 minutes and within the approximate estimate I was given over the phone. The whole process was very smooth and fast. I would recommend Appliance Care without any hesitation to anyone looking for appliance repair or maintenance.

I left a message and Chris called me back on Labor Day - I didn't expect a return call on a holiday. He scheduled the appointment for two days later after correctly diagnosing the problem by my description over the phone. He called 30 minutes before arrival, showed up exactly on time (in a good mood) and was finished, cleaned up and gone in under an hour. If there were grades higher than and quot;Aand quot;s, that's what I'd give him. Highly recommended with no reservation.

They called write back and came out the next day. I was worried because it was a holiday weekend, but they got my repair fixed.

It went great, I highly recommend them. They were on time and called before they came. And discussed all my options with me.

Very responsive. Chris called me back within half an hour after I left my message, and we were able to schedule a two-hour window for the following day. They came at the beginning of the two-hour window and the problem was fixed within an hour. Great experience!

We had just gotten back from vacation, with a mountain of laundry to do, and my dryer stopped working, They came out the same day, and fixed it in about 20 min. Very kind, professional, and prompt. Would highly recommend.

Extremely punctual and responsive. It tuns out the it would cost more to fix out machine than repair it--he was very honest and told us he would not recommend fixing it. Was very thorough, explained everything, and even gave recommendations for new appliances.

This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. They were prompt in getting back to me when I called to schedule, we got an estimate before repair and it was much less in the end. Pleasant to work with and great service. Would highly reccommend.

Chris was the best! He was efficient, professional, and honest. He called, alerting me when to expect him when he was about 30 minutes away. He arrived on time, at 9a. He did what he said he would do, and didn't do what he said might need to be done. He showed remarkable ingenuity, trouble-shooting the vent cleaning on my townhome which had a combination of metal and plastic dryer venting. He needed to clean the dryer vent from 3 different locations -- from under the dryer, from the outside, and from behind the furnace where the plastic and metal vents were joined. He initially told me he might have to replace a part and when I pressed him about checking and replacing it, he said it wasn't indicated. Dryer works!

The quote was extremely high. They were able to schedule me right away and were on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and came to give me a quote. They were extremely high for parts and labor.

Great - I was in a hurry received a call back within one day. They were able to get me in right away for the install. At first I thought the price was high, but after seeing all the details of the install, I felt it was a good value. The installer was punctual and professional.

I spent $300. The cost was about average, they were very professional, they knew what to do, they were able to do the fix right away but it took them a while to contact us, probably about a couple days.

History: We purchased an in wall air conditioner ($700) from Warners Stellian with "free install" and after three attempts to "install" from Warners Stellian...we gave up and searched Angies List for help A bit of history about our purchase from Warners Stellian excuses: lack of an "install kit" on delivery second attempt..."lack of install parts" third attempt left us with a crooked in wall air conditioner that rattled and failed to cool we attempted to shim to correct the crooked a/c and the rattling We contacted the Warners Stellian salesman at the Edina sales center and he punted us to the "service call center" we were about 15 calls in line for service. This was a simple pull out an existing unit and installing into an existing metal sleeve We gave up and searched Angies List for help with our issue Sergio spoke with my husband and understood the issue He arrived with a plan to help pull out this heavy in wall air conditioner and use wood to level The review for this company: Outstanding customer service The issue has been resolved.
