ABBEY CARPET OF COON RAPIDS

We went to the store and picked up a sample and also made a appointment for an estimate. John came out and we liked the way he laid out the project. We were very satisfied with the work, done by Matt. VERY GOOD INSTALL!!

They were extremely high compared to other estimates. They quoted a 11'7 area for $1800 the salesman would not recommend any other type of under lament. He insisted on using the most expensive under lament. We were very unhappy. I feel that the salesman tried to rip us off because he felt we would not know the difference of quality in the under lament. I am glad we did more research before going with what the salesman recommended.

ROB AND HIS SON JAKE, DID A GREAT JOB!! THEY BOTH WERE VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF CLEANING THE WORK AREA AFTER THEY WERE DONE. DID A WONDERFUL JOB!!!!

WHAT A JOB THIS WAS!! IT TOOK HIM CLOSE TO AN HOUR TO REMOVE THE SUB FLOOR. HE WORKED VERY HARD ON REMOVING OUR SUB FLOOR IN ORDER TO INSTALL THE NEW HARDWOOD FLOOR. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB OF PUTTING IN THE HARDWOOD FLOOR. MY KITCHEN LOOKS AMAZING!! I PERSONALLY LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING HIM COME BACK AND DO SOME MORE WORK IN OUR HOME.

MY INITIAL CONTACT WAS AT THE STORE, WHERE I WORKED WITH DOUG IN DETERMINING WHICH TYPE OF CARPET WOULD BE BEST SUITED FOR MY NEWLY REMODELED BASEMENT. I CHOSE BERBER AND WAS ABLE TO TAKE SEVERAL SAMPLES HOME, AND WAS ABLE TO TAKE MY TIME IN MAKING MY CHOICE. WHEN I WAS READY TO ORDER THE CARPET, I CONTACTED DOUG, WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE, WORKING IN MY TIME ALLOWANCE SO I WASN'T MADE TO MISS ANY WORK, WHICH WAS A BIG PLUS. HE WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME A QUOTE AT THE SAME TIME AND ORDERED THE CARPET, AND WITHIN FIVE DAYS I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION. THE INSTALLERS CAME THE DAY AS PLANNED AND DID A SUFFICIENT JOB WITH VERY FEW DINGS TO THE NEWLY PAINTED WALLS. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HOW THE CARPET COMPLETES THE REMODEL.
