PAUL'S UPHOLSTERY

I asked him to make a canopy for my boat. He agreed, said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before he would get to it, that I should drop off the frame and he would call with an estimate at that time. All of which was fine since it was winter and I wasn't going to use it immediately. After 8 weeks, I called him again and they hadn't started on it and he said he had no idea when they would get to it. There was never a call to say there were behind and he still couldn't provide an estimate. There was no apology and no indication whatsoever that he cared, which would have been enough for me to give them additional time. However, at that point, he became extremely rude and belligerent and told me I should come and get it out of his shop, which I did. I had used him once before and the quality of his work was fine. I would not use him again nor can I recommend him because of his overt hostility, indifference and complete lack of timeliness.
