+ -1 moreWe hired him in September 2021 to paint our master bathroom walls and ceiling. He totally missed a spot on the wall and left a crack in the ceiling. We contacted him in February 2022 and he said he would repair the issues. Since he had good follow up we decided to hire him again for 2 other rooms to paint the walls. I agreed to prep the walls so he could just paint. Six months later we have two rooms with bare walls and ready for painting. He has made nothing but empty promises and kept leading us on by tell us we were his next job.

Description of Work: Repair of walls and ceiling drywall, texture and paint in seven living areas. Very professional when bidding the job in this seasonal residence, but became difficult to reach via phone for updates and questions during the project. Did not adequately protect our personal property and furnishings from drywall dust and debris. They actually removed the covering we had placed over our new television. Used my stand lamps for project lighting and left paint and thick drywall dust on the lamps. Got paint on ceiling light fixtures in several areas. (Photos available for documentation.) Another contractor in our home at the time said he would have fired any crewmember of his who left a jobsite looking the way our home did after Jayme had reportedly "cleaned up". When asked to return to clean up the mess, Jayme was very rude and unwilling to acknowledge our concerns.
