+ -1 moreCalled back a week later and refused to come out to look at my roof. Told me I was wasting his time. I suspect he works poorly with women. Would rate even lower if possible as he was rude and demeaning with no reason for this attitude.
Description of Work: Needed roof replacement.

Description of Work: Dave and the crew tore off and replaced my roof last fall. The crew was punctual and all was fine right down to the cleanup. I would have liked the valleys to be cut to match the inside corner where it met the gutter at the eves, but I wasn't there to request it, so I'm not going to complain about it, just thought it would be trimmed and cut to fit. |Anyway, so far so good and I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone looking for a roofer in Central Minnesota.

Description of Work: I called and left a message three times (unable to remember specific timeframe of when I left messages so that excate date noted is only there becasue I was required to put in a date) and no response to any of the messages. I am required to put an overall rating and the one issue was no response so chose that one.

+ -1 moreWe received an estimate from David Koepp on the materials and labor to replace the shingles on our roof.He made an appointment for the insurance adjuster to come to our home and take a second look at the damage to our roof. David was able to show the adjuster that the damage was due to the recent hail storm and our claim was approved. The work was done as promised and was completed on schedule. The crew was careful of plants near the house and cleaned up when the job was complete. We are completely satisfied with the work that was done.
Description of Work: David Koepp worked with our insurance company who initially rejected our damage claim of damage from a hail storm.He also worked with the shingle vendor on the warranty from the previous shingle installation. The work was performed in a professional manner, and as scheduled. We were happy with the work that was performed and with his ability to work with vendors and the insurance company.
