Alex Carpet One Floor & Home

We had a very good experience with this company. The young lady helping us to select what we wanted and needed was very informative and experienced with the various floor material. The replacement took two and a half days and they removed all the scrap materials. The man who installed the flooring was very experienced and skilled with his craft. It was a very enjoyed experience and would return to this company for any additional work.

They were fine. We went into the store and we ordered some carpets. It was a very basic experience. We knew what we wanted so we pretty just went in and got it. I don't think we were in the store probably more than 15 or 20 minutes. I don't remember anything that was not good.

Overall project went well. Carpet One Sales and Estimator were very helpful and knowledgeable. Installer was prompt and did a good job. Thought they could of laid down drop clothes outside the door of the condo to protect hallway carpet. Stirred adhesive and patching cement with out placing a protective cover down on carpet. After project was completed there were several small spots of adhesive on the surface of the tile. Called Carpet One for advise on removing the adhesive, they recommended a product and were willing to sell us a product to remove the adhesive spots. Thought this was odd, as I would have thought that with a completed project there would have been no adhesive to clean up. We ended up purchasing an adhesive remover and cleaned up the spots.

I am satisfied overall with Carpet One.
