I was very fortunate to find Douglas (Super Siders) for siding repair work on my house. Douglas returned my call within 4 hours. He stopped by my house the same day to assess the needed repair and competed the work within a week as he promised. Douglas was very understanding and helpful. The quality of the work was excellent. I was very impressed with his response time and his professionalism. I highly recommend Douglas and Super Siders to anyone should they need any siding or roofing work.

Doug did everything he said he would do and more. He is very customer oriented and did everything possible to make sure we were happy with the job he did for us. We would definately recommend Doug and Super Siders to anyone.

Our House in Blaine MN suffered some pretty severe damage during a storm in the spring of 2017. We had major hail damage to our roof, siding, windows, gutters, just about everything.Being very picky about who gets to work on our home, and with all of the talk of scammers taking money for repairs and not following through with them we were worried about picking a contractor. I spent a week getting referrals from friends and family but none of them felt right so i started looking up contractors online. I saw some reviews about a local company called Super Siders and they seemed to score very high marks with their customers. I made a call and left a message about our situation and received a call back within a few minutes from Russell. We spoke for a few minutes and set up a day for him to come out and inspect the damage to our home. From the first time we spoke it was apparent that he was a true professional and that he had true concern for his customers. The big day came and Russ came to our home to do his inspection. Within minutes he assured my Wife and I that he could handle all of the repairs that the house needed which was very assuring. He walked us through the damages to just about everything showing us how to see damage to our windows, the roof, gutters etc.I'll say this, Russ knows his job and getting things fixed the right way the first time.Even our Insurance agent mentioned that he was great to work with and was incredibly thorough.After he met with the Insurance agent things started to progress quickly. We picked out siding and roofing and that was about all we had to do , Super Siders took care of everything even replacing the deck door. As work progressed we were certainly pleased by the quality of the work but what really blew us away was that we were kept in the loop as to what was happening, and when, so there were no surprises. As the work drew to a close several inspections were done making sure we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of the job.Thanks to Super Siders our house looks better than ever and we are resting assured that the work that was done is top quality. Do not hesitate to put your trust in this company! They did a Fantastic job for us and we are so thankful that we hired them! Thank you Super Siders!

My basement ceiling sprung a leak, so Douglas from Super Siders came to look at the roof around the fireplace chimney to see if that was where the water came in. He was pleasant, cheerful, and wonderful...one of the nicest guys I have ever met...no kidding! He didn't charge me a penny for looking, even though he had to get up on my roof. He told me that it wasn't the roof that was leaking, so I didn't need to hire their services, BUT, without a moment's hesitation, I would hire Super Siders if I did need their services. He looked around a bit and thought it was a window that needed caulking, a job I could do myself. You simply must have this company come out to give you an estimate if you need any of the services they offer.

I had the fortunate experience of working with Douglas from Super Siders on a project I called him for. I found his business on Google and had a return call within 24 hours. Douglas was very friendly, understanding and helpful, but most impressive, was his honesty. He was at my house for an estimate and repaired my siding that same day. It was done quick, well and looked great. I truly was impressed. I also found out that he was my go-to-man if I needed a variety of other jobs done. Deck repair...painting...electrical...and the list goes on. I normally don't do reviews because it takes to much time and effort to decide what to say and write. Most contractors that I've had to deal with were not very personable, but I found myself very comfortable chatting with Douglas and I will definitely call Super Siders again when I need more work done. Unfortunately, my experience with SuperSiders was, generally, not great. There were some positives, however, the majority of my experience was negative. I hired them as a contractor for work on my roof and siding from storm damage after finding a positive review on the NextDoor neighborhood social media platform. -The contract I signed had a guarantee that the work would be completed in 60 days after SuperSiders and my insurance company came to agreement on the scope of work and compensation – work wasn’t completed in 60 days after the agreement, in fact, it was even completed in 120 days…. -My opinion of the general manager, Russ, is that he is very accessible and quick-to-respond (literally within minutes most times), however, I also found him to be rude, short-tempered and intimidating when there were disagreements with myself and/or my insurance company. -I felt like I was being lied to by SuperSiders with regards to finding a siding match. I had to contact my insurance company on my own accord on multiple occasions to get the facts straight, and then relay that information to SuperSiders. My belief is that they were trying to get away with using cheaper, more readily available siding, instead of siding that actually matched the current siding on my house. The appropriate siding was eventually used but it delayed the project by quite a bit and used up a lot of my valuable time. -As far as the quality of work that was completed, I can only speak to cosmetic issues (I am not adept to roofing and siding nuances). When I did have issues, however, SuperSiders were responsive and came out to address my concerns. Generally, I found no glaring issues. -There was an episode early on during the project that sort of put me off, regarding a skylight tube that came crashing through my ceiling on two occasions do due roofing work – the second of which was because they didn’t appropriately re-install it back up the first time. Russ personally came out and tried to, in my opinion, half-*** it with some tape and not actually screw it back into place. The second time the roofers came out to re-install it the right way. The ceiling had to be patched up. -It appeared to me that SuperSiders was trying get paid for work that wasn’t completed. I had to point out to them some incomplete items from the agreed upon estimate after they had already submitted a final claim invoice to my insurance company which stated that their scope of work was completed. It wasn’t until after I brought it to their attention did they address it. Some of the work, we agreed, didn’t need to be completed, however, they still claimed overhead and profit on those line items, which still doesn’t sit right with me. -My opinion of their clean-up work is a wash. They came out when we asked, but I am still finding garbage/nails in my landscaping. Perhaps that’s just par for the course, but I do have pets and small children which leaves me with a little uneasiness still.

Working with Super Sliders was a great experience. They were thoughtful, reliable, and professional. Our siding broke off the side of our house and they repaired the area quickly. It looks beautiful. Also they repaired the area for less then what other companies were going to charge.

Douglas is a genuinely nice person who cares about doing the right thing. He was a tour home to provide an estimate and went above and beyond to ensure he understood our needs. We haven't made a decision yet but Douglas is high on our list and so far, we highly recommend him.

Russ Winslow got the entire project done in 3 weeks. roof, siding, window trim, garage door, gutters and everything else required. they did and awesome job and on budget. house looked amazing, I almost wish I had not sold it it looked so nice.

Super Siders is SUPER! On a scale of 1-5, I would give them a 7. My mobile home got damaged in the bad hail storm on June 11, 2017. I had a lot of damage to my roof, siding, shed, skylights, deck and ramp. After I called my insurance, I did a lot of research to see who the best contractor was with the best reviews. I called 3 different contractors and only 1 sounded friendly and helpful on the phone, SUPER SIDERS. I decided on them. Russ, the general manager, came out to survey the damage. He was very thorough. He arranged to come out when the insurance adjuster came. He stated the reason was so he can point out the things the adjuster may miss. It was a very wise plan. He was very respectful to me and the insurance adjuster. My insurance was only willing to pay for some of the damage. Russ talked him into paying for more of it. I was real impressed! Super Siders kept fighting with the insurance to get more damage repaired for me. YES! When their crew came out to replace my roof, it was amazing to watch how they worked together as a team. When it was time to replace my siding, they were short-handed. (All the contractors in my area were very busy because most of the houses in my town and surrounding towns were damaged). Russ put on my new siding by himself. He was efficient and worked hard. It was amazing to watch him. My insurance company refused to match the 2 undamaged sides of my house with new siding. So I only got 2 sides done. Super Siders has an App or machine to match the colors of new siding to old siding. It turned out wonderful. It matched the old siding very well. I was amazed as I didn’t think that was going to be possible. Everything they did, they asked if I approved of it. They wanted to please me, the customer. Another man in the company, Douglas, started to work with me. He was so nice to me and listened to all my concerns. I was so impressed with this company, especially Russ and Douglas, that I referred 3 of my neighbors to them. I trusted their work that much. They regularly kept in touch with me and when I called them they called me right back. The next rain after the hail damage one of my damaged skylights (that hadn’t been replaced yet because it was on order) leaked in my bathroom. It happened at night. I Emailed Russ at 10:30 p.m. thinking he may come out the next day. He was on my roof at 11:30 p.m. covering my skylight to stop the leaking. Talk about excellent service! Douglas has been especially kind to me, always making sure I was happy with the work they did. They put on a much better roof than I had before and they put on much, much better quality skylights than I had before. They replaced my bathroom ceiling and painted other areas of my ceiling. The ceilings look great now. They did extra things for me also for no charge. They are wonderful. Douglas has been also fun to work with. He has a great sense of humor and is genuinely concerned about his customers. I’ve talked to other neighbors that used different companies and their contractors did not contact them, listen to their complaints or have just started working on people’s siding in the last 2 weeks (January). The work has taken a few months because of dealing with my insurance company and waiting for skylights to come in. There are a few minor outside things that will have to wait until spring because my insurance company did not decide to pay for some things until November. I know Super Siders will get these projects done in good time when it’s warm enough. I think so highly of this company that I will definitely call on them for future projects because they have proven to me that I can trust them to do a good job and back the job up. Supers Siders are such nice and friendly people that work hard, do a quality job with quality materials and really care about their customers. Bottom line: you can’t go wrong when you decide to have Super Siders work on your house. They really are SUPER!!

I am currently using their services. They are doing a roof replacement. I had a lot of hail damage. They came out and did a roof inspection. They worked with my insurance company on the adjustment. It was a positive experience all the way around. Not just me but for the insurance company. I did not really get a quote from them. I get a check from my insurance company and they agree whether or not they can do the work for that amount.

Super Siders was just fantastic to work with! They showed extreme attention to detail, quickly returned phone calls and emails and answered all questions in a timely manner. The workmanship was top notch and our project turned out great. Perhaps a small detail to some, but the area around our house was kept cleaned up and organized even though it was basically a construction zone. They went so far as to be sure no nails or other sharp objects remained on our driveway during the project and removed construction scraps from the yard and plant beds around our house.

Great service from start to finish. Communication through out the project was great. Job was finished sooner than promised!
