Very poor communication regarding driveway design before installation. Final layout was very poorly designed and NO DRAWING was shown to owner for approval prior to installation. Omann rep claimed their sales rep did show us a drawing and seemed to imply that we were lying. Very odd, small unusable section of driveway was mysteriously added to side of driveway without consultation to owner. Company representative had no explanation. Very difficult to reach and slow response time. Not willing to offer any solution and accepted no responsibility. They are threatening to go to small claims court. Be very aware before signing contract! P.S. Edge of driveway is already cracking - installed Aug. 2018 - and company rep ignored it.

The provider was very honest in his assessment of both my driveway and my garage floor. He did not give me an estimate on my garage floor because he said that it would be too expensive and that I might want to think about redoing the foundation of the garage because the floor would crack again even if I had the floor redone, because the footings were not properly placed originally. The driveway he sent me an email on the amount that it would cost to completely take out and then replace my driveay. I think it was a fair price for the amount of work that would be necessary to be done. unfortunately it was still above my budget and so I cannot do it at this time.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. CAREFUL OF ADJACENT LAWN AND RETAINING WALL. DID MOST OF THE WORK IN A MORNING. RETURNED IN AFTERNOON AFTER A BRIEF RAIN TO LOOK FOR LOW SPOTS IN FINISHED SURFACE. FOUND SUCH A SPOT AND ADDED ADDITIONAL ASPHALT TO REPAIR LOW SPOT NOT VISIBLE BEFORE BRIEF RAIN.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD DRIVEWAY DOWN TO THE DIRT. INSTALLED NEW BASE FOR ASPHALT DRIVEWAY AND LAID ASPHALT.
