Description of Work: I had a 4x7 uneven spot in the basement floor of my old house. I wanted to put down laminate flooring, but wasn't able to with the excessive lump and dip in it. Cornerstone Custom Concrete came out to cut/grind/chip out the lump, patch up that plus the dip and level out the area.

Description of Work: Tore out old step and re-did sidewalk in front of house to prevent pooling and water runoff towards the house. Patched backyard steps.

+ -1 moreThe concrete apron looks good. Chris was good about bringing colored samples out for stamped concrete, etc. The price was reasonable. The only issue we had was that one of his young workers wiped their trowel off on the edge of our front step so there's a white splotch now. And, someone else dumped some concrete under our pine tree, getting the edges of it and dumping it on the rocks underneath which are still there.
Description of Work: Poured a concrete apron from our front step and in front of our garage.
