 + 0 moreGreat interaction with Jim and solid follow through all the way to the end of the project. We attempted to rehire him again for a whole house remodel for our new home but he's just too busy (a victim of his own competence I guess!).
Description of Work: We hired Jim for electrical and drywall work for our kitchen remodel. He does nice and timely (a rarity these days) work according to an agreed upon schedule.

 + -1 moreWe have worked with Jim on numerous projects over the past 10 years and he always does high quality work and makes great recommendations about what we might or might not want to do. He also remodeled our kitchen and did a great job. So we knew Jim's work and called him when we were ready to remodel our master bathroom. He is punctual, hard-working, and takes great pride in his work. We were on vacation for most of the time that the bathroom remodeling occurred, which was nice. He also cleans up well after his work, and even had a cleaning service come to our home after everything was completed (especially the drywall work) and clean the entire home. I would easily work with Jim again in the future.
Description of Work: Jim and his crew basically gutted our large master bathroom and remodeled it, installing ceramic tile throughout, including the shower stall. We used a designer on this project, and Jim worked closely with the designer to properly time the delivery of materials, as well as made several great suggestions on how to make the bathroom look even better. Jim's price does not include most of the materials (tile, new bathroom fixtures, etc.), but does include some plumbing and electrical work that needed to be done (by subcontractors that Jim hired), as well as all of the labor. We spent about $32,000 on the entire project.

 + -1 moreOverall the project went very well. Jim and team did an excellent job. They arrived as planned, demo'd the bathroom and removed all of the debris. They started work on reconstructed the bathroom building a custom tub from the floor up with tub and tile on the walls and floor. The untiled walls were painted along with the built in cabinet. The project went to schedule and the end product was amazing! I love my new bathroom!
Description of Work: Jim and team demo'd and reconstructed my bathroom for me last fall. Jim quoted the price and timeline and he was met both as stated in the his quote. The job consisted of demolishing the current bathroom and replacing a shower with a custom built tub and tiled walls and flooring. They painted the untiled walls and cabinet and reinstalled the toilet and sink.
