The service man was great. He was punctual and complete the work in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions and was very professional.

When I called to schedule the appointment, the gentleman on the phone was respectful and pleasant. He quoted me $150 for the service and said they do this type of service all the time and that it would take a couple of hours. The plumbers arrived on that Monday with two guys and two separate machines to clear out the drains. All went according to our limited expectations. They were here less than an hour. However, when the bill came it was over $200. On the statement, it showed a charge for the and quot;smalland quot; machine and a different charge for the and quot;largeand quot; machine. There was also a $10 charge for the small amount of and quot;Thriftand quot; they used. None of these extra charges were ever mentioned during the appointment setting (even though, according to my understanding, they do this exact same service when they clean/clear drains to and from your house). Only after I called and politely complained about the extra ~$60 added to the estimate, did they adjust my final bill; they took off $40. Since I did not want to complain any further, I accepted it and paid the modified statement when it arrived. I will not use them again. Wayne

The plumber came at the time Jim and Dudes indicated, and in less than an hour, removed the old faucet, installed the new once, and installed the new turn off valves for hot and cold water. The fee was excellent, and the work, which I checked on Saturday the 19th, was excellent. We are very pleased with this service. The fee was very, very good in my opinion, and the service and the work performed were excellent. When I called to inquire about the bill and pay, Dennis in the office explained in detail the fees and what was done. Payment over the phone was a snap. He was patient, and even friendly in manner and tone. I'll call them in the future if I need plumbing work done.

They did a great job overall. System has worked really good since install in 2001.
