Ferrari’s wasn’t able to help us with our issue entirely (we needed an electrician ultimately) but they stuck around and troubleshooted for us and narrowed down the problem so we knew what exactly to tell the electrician

The only reason why I gave a 4 star on one of the questions, is because they did not listen to where I want my additional duct. They cut a hole in the floor where I did not want it. They came back and put it where I wanted. They were lucky that I have not finished the flooring in the kitchen yet. But other than that, they did a fabulous job. I really recommend this company to any and everyone.

They did a great job . Were on time . Did real good on clean up . Also came back for a LP Gas smell . Found out it wasn't from the new furnace , the oven pilot light was out ! And for the gas smell they were out real fast .

They were great working around the fact that I was not able to be present for the job since I do not live in town
