Joe asked about likely demand, how many people in the house, etc., and then listened and discussed my answers. He provided three options, with pros and cons of each. His service was friendly and professional. He adjusted his schedule to that of my electrician's. His installer (his son) was also friendly and professional. From start to finish he listened to how I wanted the compressor installed (awkward location). He worked efficiently, explaining any questions I had. And I sit in comfort writing this review.

Ferrera's provided a high quality geothermal heat pump with expert advice and installation. They were quick and neat with the instal and worked with us well. When the thermostat wasn't exactly working right this winter, they quickly fixed it and it has been flawless all winter with the -20 temps.
