Description of Work: Jim was very knowledgeable about repair to older appliances. However, we were disappointed in costs and his persuasion to repair an appliance which should have been replaced.

+ -1 moreJim is very knowledgeable about washer and dryers and is very professional. Very slow at getting back in touch with customer and did not arrive when initially stated that he would come.
Description of Work: Checked washer and dryer. Found washer would be over 1 to repair, dryer around $200 to repair. Declined any repairs. Charged the $85.00 for service call.
