Roof repair was made 10/2014 to address a leaking problem, cricket was installed/repaired where roof lines meet, we noticed leaking again in 3/2016. Called and talked with Jeremy who indicated that someone would be out on two occasions but nobody called or showed up. Subsequently, I contacted two other roofers who indicated source of the leak/problem is with how the cricket was done and needs to be re-done. Very disappointed as we expected more when it came to standing behind their work.

I was very pleased with the quote I received, and generally satisfied with the overall experience of having the roof work performed. There was a substantial delay from when our roof was quoted to when the work was actually done - mainly due to some early snow in November of 2014 and some scheduling pains. There are things that you can't really control, so I'm not going to take marks off of the Punctuality score. The roof is beautiful. We've gotten lots of compliments from neighbors and friends. I haven't found a single nail or other debris in my yard, either. So kudos for doing a fantastic job on the roof!! The original score of a B for Responsiveness stems from general lack of communication on the skylight selection and installation. Since the skylights were to be installed in a bedroom, we requested factor-installed window shades. We were given the dimension of the skylight but didn't realize that the venting skylight of this dimension does not allow for a manual operated blackout shade. We requested a blackout shade, and were not told that they were not an option for the window being ordered. The shades selection was "finalized" when we were told that the solar powered window shades were $300 more expensive than the manual shades because they are solar powered require an RF chip, etc. to operate. We were not told that the blackout shade was not an option at this point, either. It was only after the windows were installed (and the holes cut into the sub roof) were we aware that venetian blinds were ordered with the skylights. These blinds don't offer much in terms of room-darkening. At that point we were informed that the black out shades were not an option for our window make and model. And to make the skylights work in this room, we will have to buy some after market black out shades, in addition to what we have. Since the skylights were not part of the original roof quote, the details of our order were flushed out in face to face conversations with Jeremy and via text message. I would have preferred to have seen a separate quote, stating exactly what was being ordered. In hind sight, I wish I would have been more adamant in requiring it, instead of an "invoice correction" at the end of the job. If anything I've learned from my lesson - as this is the first time I've worked with a contractor on a big project like this as a home owner. The skylights themselves are beautiful and vent the room well, and Jeremy did an excellent job on the installation. ** Update: After submitting my review, my final cost was adjusted down to compensate us for the cost of after market blinds that should meet our needs. Thus, all grades are updated to A's.... Thanks, Jeremy!

Experience was excellent. We receive quotes from 5 other highly rated companies on Angie's List and Town Corners was the lowest, coming in approximately $500 lower than the closest bidder. Having received quotes up to $20k, I was happy with the final cost. We had initially finalized the deal late last year, but Town Corners got a little backed up due to weather and some unexpected tough jobs and had to reschedule for the Spring, which is the only reason I gave them a B on punctuality. They handled the rescheduling very well, offering to remove any snow from the roof that became too deep over the winter (free of charge). Once the work started, everything went as planned. I went with the Landmark Pro shingles, which was well worth the extra few hundred dollars. The roof looks great. Next up, I have them coming out to look at replacing some of the siding that should probably be fixed before painting starts this summer.

I phoned them regarding snow removal and they were in my neighborhood already, so they came the same day. I was very impressed with their work, and that they followed all my instructions perfectly. I was very satisfied with their service and will definitely phone them again when roof work is needed.

I needed some very minor repairs to my roof to satisfy an inspection made in conjunction with the sale of my house. The buyer's real estate agent sent and quot;his roofer guyand quot; over to give me an estimate which I deemed to be outrageously high. I immediately went to Angie's List to find my own roofer to quote the job. Based on the inspection report, I was able to tell Candace, the office manager, what needed to be done and she was able to give me an estimate immediately over the phone. The estimate was for an amount that was 60% LESS than the ridiculous price quoted by the first guy. I set up the appointment with Town Corners, Scott came out, did everything that needed to be done very expertly in less than 30 minutes and I am a very happy camper--having saved $163.00 on a job well done. In addition, it should be pointed out that when I needed to get the invoice from Candace almost immediately to meet the demands of the buyer's real estate agent, Candace personally dropped it off to me on her way home from work! This company goes way above and beyond and I would highly recommend them for anybody and everybody's next roofing job.

It went very well. The owner came to our home and gave us two estimates. We have a flat roof and wanted to peak it but weren't sure if we could afford this. There were no surprises and everything went as planned and the invoice when the work was completed was exactly what was quoted. He made sure he was on the property especially when they began the known trouble areas. He called the minute he thought it might go up due to unexpected damage, but in the end he had the right materials so the cost remained the same. I was very happy with them and will probably call them to do work on our breezeway.

I was happy. I have recommended them since they were done. In fact I recommended them to three of my neighbors who also used them. I would use them again.

Jeremy Town came and gave me a quote, which we got quotes from 3 other roofing companies. They were the cheapest and also local. Set a date to start and finished in 3 days. Great job and great workers...really hustled and answered any questions I had.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND PROMPT. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO PROTECT OUR LAWN AND SHRUBBERY. THEY DID EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR AND THEN SOME. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT ON TIME.
