Specialized Plumbing was fantastic! Brian installed a tankless water heater and replaced a couple of faucets and drains for us. This is my first time owning a tankless and Brian explained how the tankless works and how it would help us. He also owns a tankless as all who work for him do! His knowledge as well as his experience made it easy to choose Specialised Plumbing!

Brian & his coworker was awesome. I got the run around for 2 weeks getting my water heater replaced by other companies. Which I had to shower hop. Not fun. Explained to Brian my situation. He was at my place within couple hours. Completed the project and I was FINALLY able to shower in my own place. THUMBS UP!!

Brian replaced our water heater today after the old one sprung a leak last night. He got here about 3:30 and was done around 5:00. He installed the same A.O. Smith water heater for several hundred dollars less than a larger plumbing company had quoted us. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome.

Very hard working and professional! They came out on Nee Years Eve to take a look at the job we wanted done (not an emergency). Gave us a quote on the spot, and booked our water heater replacement for the following week. Work was done as expected and we now have hot water for days! Would highly recommend!
