Brian was very friendly and very helpful! He tried to help come up with the most cost effective solution for my broken water heater. He was someone I felt like I could trust right away to do the job well and give me the best information.

BrIan responded almost immediately to my inquiry about a water heater replacement. Was able to give me a real good price for parts and labor and we set up the appointment for 8am the following morning. By 7:58 my doorbell rang. I’m a stickler for punctuality, and after speaking with Brian, he is too. 1.5 hours later I got a text from Brian saying the job was complete. They were very professional in everything they did. What impressed me the most, was how clean and organized the inside of their van was. A place for everything and everything in its place. Virtually spotless. Not like most repair cans you see. That speaks volumes to me about the quality of work they do. No detail is over looked. Stop looking and just hire these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

The Specialized Plumbing team came and replaced two water heaters for us. Their price was very competitive. They removed the old and installed the new heaters and cleaned up after themselves. Installation is neat and well done. We communicated via email to set this up which was fine with me. I will use them again if I need a plumber.
