They did good, were phenomenal, and made sure everything has been taken care of. They did a great job, I'm very pleased with the service.
Description of Work: They removed carpet and trims affected by the water, and tested the moisture on the wall.

Christmas 2022 I woke at 4 am Christmas Eve morning to a flooded basement. Even though I thought we were calling a different restoration company; we are so thankful that we connected with Mike O’Conner with Restoration 1 out of Zeeland. Mike was here within 2 hours of my call during, even with the bad weather conditions…snow, ice and white out conditions. Mike and his helpers very professional, courteous, thorough and kind. He explained everything that he was doing and what our options were, but let us make the final decision without any pressure. Mike came out five days in a row. Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. When the job was complete; he made sure that we were completely satisfied with the completion of his work. Thank you Mike!
