Description of Work: I asked for an estimate on a new furnace, they sent someone right out he said he have an estimate for me within about a week never heard from him again. I called several times they were still working on it never did hear back from them. So I finally went with a different contractor

Description of Work: Whole-house air conditioner suddenly stopped working (blowing air but it was not cooled). They came right away and oiled the condensing fan motor which fixed it and did a quick overview of system to check for any other problems. Simple repair but punctuality was great and very important given how hot it was that day!

+ -1 moreThey were very helpful from the first phone call. The appointment was set and he arrived on time. The only thing that seemed out of place was he would only use the back door. Not sure why. He parked closer to the front door and when I told them the front door was fine he still used the back. He Was quick and had everything with him to fix the blower on my furnace. It needed a replacement motor and was fixed in a flash. He also checked my filter and saw I had an uncommon filter that uses electronic and media filtering. They did carry that brand but needed to run to the shop to get one. Took him about 30 min and was back on the job. All in all I was satisfied with their service and I will use them again. The original bill was just shy of $300 but with the added filter and trip to get it that added another $75.00.
Description of Work: Fan on my furnace was not working. He looked at the problem and said I needed a new motor for the fan and he had one on the truck. I OK the cost and he replaced the motor. Everything neat and clean when finished. Then he check my filter and replaced. This took an extra trip back to the shop to get one. I have an uncommon filtering system. He replace the tested the equipment. I signed the release and was done.
