On the day Dennis was scheduled to do the work he arrived on time and completed the job in one (very long) day. He made certain the area around the access point was clean before he left. The experience was great. Dennis came out and looked at the issue first hand before even going into details on what will have to be done. He came in on a Saturday and spent most of the day in the attic taking care of the problem. Could hardly hear him while doing his work. When he was done he let us know. Came out a week later to run post-air tests. Dennis did a great job and I would recommend him to anybody that needs his service.
