My quote was $190 low. They sent a guy to measure. He knew we had carpet to remove, yet Carla didn’t include that on the quote so I ended up with a surprise when I paid off my balance. I never had an issue with them before. They use to be professional.

Very disappointed with Carpet Bonanza. We drove from Jenison as we had seen on your website you were taking masking precautions seriously. I walked in and NO ONE was masked. I counted 11 people (10 were employees) and none were masked. Lost my business, what a blatant disregard to our state mask mandate. I will not be giving my $ to businesses that do not follow state mask mandates.

Description of Work: Pat Bergeman, the manager of Carpet Bonanza was highly recommended to us. Turns out meeting him and his team was a "bonanza" for us. We were nothing less than impressed and we are tough customers having worked in the interior design trade years back in SE Michigan. | |Our need for a flooring company wasn't exactly born out of desire; it was to restore three rooms in our home after a water emergency. A sense of urgency drove this project from the start. | |It's one thing for a manager to promise to meet your deadline despite their already busy schedule, it's another thing altogether to beat it - especially under the circumstances. We worried initially that it might be too good to be true but Pat kept us updated throughout the entire process, answered every question we raised promptly and never gave us pause or concern. | |The only recommendation I can make for improvement would be to cordon off the affected area when ripping out tile. Since this was not done we spent the better part of a half day cleaning out dust that made its way beyond the space. We expected to clean the areas affected but didn't plan on having to clean up outside of those. | |Bottom line: the job turned out beautifully. I guess you could say we were "floored!" But in all seriousness, Carpet Bonanza exceeded the bulk of our high expectations. Now we're in a position to recommended them highly and we do.

Description of Work: Carpet install in living room and office. Sales team was great and fast to respond. Quality carpet ordered and installed quickly. Installer was professional and courteous. Didn't vacuum carpet debris when they left, which is only reason for B versus A professionalism rating.

The man showed up did his measuring. Then informed me they cannot floor over a very small piece of tile because of the cement. I told him just remove it & measure the living room. I waited I don't know how long to get my estimate. The man who was here told me I would have to remove all of the quarter rounds myself. I have never heard of that. I'm paying for the flooring, their time & they can't gently remove the quarter round? When I got my estimate, I was floored (excuse the pun) on the estimate. This is a small house, all I wanted was a living, small dining room, 1 bedroom & hallway. The estimate was approximately $5,000.00. I am not pleased nor am I rich. Did not use or go back.
Description of Work: I went in to look for wood or laminate flooring. I found some on sale & was told they would have to measure 1st.

Great experience and would definitely use them again. We visited the showroom first and I especially appreciated that the associates let us wander the store a little before we came back and had someone assist us with some questions on some of the carpet we liked. The sales person was helpful and installation was problem free. We're very happy with the carpet we chose and wish we would've used them a few years ago when we had a couple other rooms done. We plan on calling them back when we decide to replace the carpet in the rest of the rooms.

The service at Carpet Bonanza was great. They were responsive when I asked questions, and otherwise left me alone to choose what I wanted, which is what I prefer. The salesman was very helpful, and technically knowlegeable. Scheduling was very easy, and I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment for installation. On the day(s) of installation, the installers were on time. They verified that what they were installing is what I ordered, down to the name, color, and number. These guys knew what they were doing. They efficiently stipped off the old floorcoverings in the kitchen and put in the new linoleum. The baseboards went up too. Then they cleaned up after themselves as well. The next day they did the basement, and the same procedure was followed. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. The price is competitive, the people are great to work with.

They were able to meet the deadline I needed. Randy was very helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet. The installer was great and the carpet looks better than I could have expected.

We have used Carpet Bonanza many times over the years. This time, we were looking at hard flooring options for our kitchen and dining room. ling them to us. We worked with Ann, who was wonderful. We had one of the installers come out and measure the area, and he was very nice and professional. Ann was very prompt with quotes, calling and emailing them to us. We did end up purchasing in stock laminate flooring cash and carry to install ourselves.

WHEN THEY ARRIVED TO INSTALL THE CARPET I TOLD THEM IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FINAL AND THEY CALL THE STORE AND THE STORE CONFIRMED IT WAS THE WRONG CARPET. AFTER SIX MONTHS THEY FINALLY GOT THE RIGHT STUFF AND GOT IN INSTALLED.
