Description of Work: We had our floors refinished a couple of years ago by bear creek. It was difficult then to reach the provider and to get the work completed in the time frame agreed upon. The work was finally completed and we were happy with the results. It is now time to have a light sanding and touch up. I called and spoke with Kendal, made an appointment for him to come to the house. I let my class of visually impaired persons go early to meet him. He did not show or call to cancel. Both my husband and I called him several times but he never returned the calls. He does a great job once he actually does it but you have to have a tolerance for procrastination. We are now looking for another company to complete the work.

+ -1 moreThey really knew what they were doing and they did the job in 3 days when others would not touch the job. They were very good and I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They finished the wood flooring that a previous service provider did not finish.
